Come and enjoy our beautiful beachfront 9th floor condo which offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico!
November 2022 New mattresses, platform beds, and pillows!
**There is free WIFI in the condo**
The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The living area includes kitchen table with 4 chairs, 2 new leather recliners, and a leather love-seat. The building has a heated beach front pool, a hot tub, and a private walkway to the beach.

New Upgrades Include:
Updated bathroom with granite topped sink, toilet and walk in shower.
Tropical fans in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.
Stainless steel kitchen refrigerator and electric range with convection oven & granite counter tops
2 elevators available
Smart TV in living room and master
Cups,glasses, plates, bowls, and cookware.
There is also an outside grilling/picnic area available in the back of the building near the pool.
A coin/credit card operated laundry is available on the first floor of the building.
The Aquarius property is fully gated (no trailers permitted) and allows one inside gate parking spot per condo rental. There is a 24 hour front desk/security staff.
*No Smoking and No Pets are permitted*

This beachfront property is ideal as a romantic getaway for couples, a beach vacation for small families, or a gathering place for good friends.

***PLEASE NOTE***Wristbands will be given to each guest free of charge on arrival. If a wristband is damaged, please bring to the front desk to be replaced. **LOST WRISTBAND WILL INCUR A $50.00 FEE TO REPLACE***

I grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio that was very close to Lake Erie. My teen years were spent at a beach house right on the lake.I have always loved beach vacations and have traveled to Belize, Costa Rica and Cancun Mexico to enjoy the beach. Who knew that such a beautiful beach was available in South Padre Island, Texas? I searched for a vacation spot that was right on the beach in a nice warm climate, one that I could enjoy and share with others. I found it!

Why they chose this property

The view out this 9th floor condo, right on the beach is truly incredible. The water is so blue, and warm, walking on the sand is so soft, and the beach is clean. If you don't want to swim in the Gulf, there is a pool right there, if weather is a little cool, there is a hot tub. I love sitting on the balcony, listening to and watching the waves. This is a relaxation that no medicine can ever match.
