Located on the Beach with Incredible sunset views over the Laguna Madre Bay from Private Balcony! RELAX, with your favorite drink in your hand and enjoy beautiful Sun-sets over the Bay. Fire-works view is spectacular from the Balcony and if you're lucky you may even get to see a Space-x launch.

Our condo is located at the best location on the South Padre Island beach strip! This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4, and is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a private balcony. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island.)

Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest.

Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.

Sleeping:

The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam queen bed with, wall mounted smart television. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and closet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart television. Additional features include a dresser for storage, garment closet.

Kitchen:

Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the cabinets with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay, stocked with k-cups of coffee will make you feel right at home during your stay.

Please bring your own toiletries. We provide the first roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.

IMPORTANT: This condo sleeps 4 and no more. Additional guest will be denied entry. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.

Really nice place for small family

The location is great, the condo is clean and neat, a bit small but works well for small family. Direct access to the beach and good view of sunset on the bay from the balcony. Communication with the owner was easy and transparent. Overall very good experience!

Loved the location & condo was very clean. Downfalls were the wifi never worked in the rooms and they don’t allow kids under 14 in the jacuzzi. Other than that, would’ve been a 5 star!

Perfect location and clean!

Booking a place to stay in any coastal area can be a challenge because if the constant humidity, heat, and salt. This property did not have any of those issues - it's super clean, well-stocked, and quiet. The location is right in the middle of the island with a view of the sunset and fireworks. Communications with the owners were easy. I'd definitely book here again.

This was an amazing experience from the booking of my stay to the time I left. I’m local but this was the first time staying at the Aquarius. Wow! I’m telling you this was an overall amazing experience. The staff, security, and the quality of people staying here were all top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet and sit down to talk with the owner of the condo I stayed in. Everything was perfect. I loved the pool, the private access to the beach, and the view of the bay from the balcony. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the fireworks from the room was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. It was more than awesome.

It doesn’t suck

Place was nice and tidy when first stepping in, the receptionists are all friendly and hospitable. There’s only one jacuzzi, sauna needs updating. The owners of property left chairs for beach and a bunch of cool card games, sand castle buckets and stuff. Roku was available except the room tvs weren’t connected to the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi was being buggy, didn’t let me connect to it, which sucked pretty bad. The password given for Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Great location - clean condo - nice view

The condo was nice and clean. It’s is very nicely decorated. Walk through gate to get to beach. The beach was nice, clean. Not overly crowded. Beach opens at 9 am so that beach patrol can clean the beach so don’t set up canopy, umbrellas, tents, etc before or you may be fine up to $200. Lots of pedestrian, golf cart, bicycle and vehicle traffic on the island so getting into the flow can be difficult. Pros: Full kitchen 1 and 1/2 bathroom two bedrooms. Good and comfortable size beds. Living room area was nice size with two sofas Refrigerator with ice trays Plenty of towels and wash cloth Beach toys Coffee maker Beach at your backyard with carpet path Balcony with partial beach view and sunset view Location was central to whole island Two elevators so wait time to go up or down was minimal Nice exercise room with ping pong table Cons: Small shower Iffy Wi-Fi (good for apple product, bad for android) Parking fills up fast - had to park in reserved spot with front desk’s permission

Cozy place

The owner's communication was excellent! Upon arrival, we found that the coffee machine did not work, so we reached out to the owner, and they immediately responded with a call to thank us for reporting the issue, as they were unaware of this problem and apologize for the inconvenience. They also told us they had already ordered the coffee machine, which would be delivered to our condo address. We would stay again in this condo.

Tiny Condo and Noise and Over Stating SpaceX View

This is a tiny condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, like a motorhome or camper. There is no dishwasher. Their are two sofas at odd angles to watch a TV that is mounted near the ceiling. Looking up at a TV this high cranes the neck and is odd. SpaceX main office and assemble buildings are in view of the condo balcony, however other condo buildings block the view of the launch pads! When I booked, the ad had a view of a launch, it has since been removed.The condo shares a wall with the elevator shaft so you will hear a low frequency growling noise of the elevator car and compressor when it moves. Will not recommend this unit to friends or family.
