Located on the Beach with Incredible sunset views over the Laguna Madre Bay from Private Balcony! RELAX, with your favorite drink in your hand and enjoy beautiful Sun-sets over the Bay. Fire-works view is spectacular from the Balcony and if you're lucky you may even get to see a Space-x launch.

Our condo is located at the best location on the South Padre Island beach strip! This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4, and is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a private balcony. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island.)

Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest.

Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.

Sleeping:

The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam queen bed with, wall mounted smart television. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and closet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart television. Additional features include a dresser for storage, garment closet.

Kitchen:

Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the cabinets with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay, stocked with k-cups of coffee will make you feel right at home during your stay.

Please bring your own toiletries. We provide the first roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.

IMPORTANT: This condo sleeps 4 and no more. Additional guest will be denied entry. There is an exception for infants under 2 years old. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.

Cozy place

Really nice place for small family

The location is great, the condo is clean and neat, a bit small but works well for small family. Direct access to the beach and good view of sunset on the bay from the balcony. Communication with the owner was easy and transparent. Overall very good experience!

Great high rise condo with views of the sunset!

Our stay at this condo was lovely as it was easy to check in, the condo was well appointed, clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The owners also provided beach paraphernalia for guests and a booklet on things to do on the island. There was access to a private beach just a 2 minute walk away, a nice pool and picnic areas for BBQing. Overall a great getaway for a long weekend or longer!!

Loved the location & condo was very clean. Downfalls were the wifi never worked in the rooms and they don’t allow kids under 14 in the jacuzzi. Other than that, would’ve been a 5 star!

Lovely condo in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo on the beach in South Padre. The property was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. The location was perfect - close to the Birding and Nature Center and several restaurants. We appreciated the security at the condo and the check-in procedure was very easy. I would have no hesitation recommending the property.

Excellent getaway to Aquarius 708!

Easy check in and the owners are so communicative & helpful! The condo is comfy… especially the beds! ☺️ Updated and Decorated nicely! it has all you need! The view of the Laguna, the bridge and fireworks is spectacular! We loved the quick easy walk to the beach! Our granddaughter was in heaven and couldn’t get enough! We’ll be back!

End of February trip

Only wish we’d known about renovations happening in the building before we arrived. However, I believe the property managers that the Condo Board had not notified then either. Very good location and as advertised.

Perfect location and clean!

Booking a place to stay in any coastal area can be a challenge because if the constant humidity, heat, and salt. This property did not have any of those issues - it's super clean, well-stocked, and quiet. The location is right in the middle of the island with a view of the sunset and fireworks. Communications with the owners were easy. I'd definitely book here again.

Check in smooth, depicts the online description well, clean, uncluttered, plenty of towels, etc. Balcony has a great view. Loved the gates entrance, felt safe/secure. Beach access was nice. Pool was not crowded. Condo complex has nice outside seating area near the pool. Has plenty of shops, food places, gas station, etc nearby. Fun seeing fireworks over the boardwalk in near distance.

Perfect spot for family with kids!

First of all, the owners are beyond helpful—when our flights out of town got cancelled, they responded within 10 minutes and helped us make alternative arrangements. Honestly, they were kinder than I could have ever hoped for! Secondly, the property is exactly what we were looking for: super comfortable (the beds and sheets were perfect for our preferences), great view, all the towels, all the kitchen stuff, beach chairs, heated pool, beach access, and close to all best things on the island. Public transit and golf cart rentals make getting around super easy too. 10/10 would recommend this stay to anyone!

This was an amazing experience from the booking of my stay to the time I left. I’m local but this was the first time staying at the Aquarius. Wow! I’m telling you this was an overall amazing experience. The staff, security, and the quality of people staying here were all top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet and sit down to talk with the owner of the condo I stayed in. Everything was perfect. I loved the pool, the private access to the beach, and the view of the bay from the balcony. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the fireworks from the room was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. It was more than awesome.

It doesn’t suck

Place was nice and tidy when first stepping in, the receptionists are all friendly and hospitable. There’s only one jacuzzi, sauna needs updating. The owners of property left chairs for beach and a bunch of cool card games, sand castle buckets and stuff. Roku was available except the room tvs weren’t connected to the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi was being buggy, didn’t let me connect to it, which sucked pretty bad. The password given for Wi-Fi didn’t work.
