Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat screen TV. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom. Features a tub/shower combo, a 5-shelf linen closet, large marble vanity and plenty of drawers to store toiletries.
The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers a variety of activities to fill your day with fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, court located above the parking lot. Lounge by the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose along the way stop for a game of sand volleyball.

BUTTERFLY PARK: Right beside Suntide ll there is a beautiful 3rd beach access.
The pathway has NO STAIRS, ensuring a smooth path to the beach. Butterfly Park has a covered picnic bench area for a picnic for the family, an artistic butterfly statue, and many varieties of native Rio Grande Valley plants. There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and shelter for Monarch butterflies during their annual cycle of reproduction and migration.
