There contact telephone # did not work .. they never gave us and adress to the property or the offic

We waited five hours on the streets to hear from anyone There was heavy mold all now the living room wall. The bathroom and all ceilings covered with mold. VRBO said this was a premium host you never looked at property. The shower and shower curtain were absolutely gross. The picture on the listing was staged and I am horribly disappointed with VRBO. I been using this company for 10+ year. We move out early the next morning. I would like to send pictures. We went to Marina Hotel and it was wonderful. They helped move our luggage out and the girl with management there took pictures also and called it disgusting I am requesting a refund
