The apartment is located in a historic building in Florence, in the heart of Renaissance Florence, a stone's throw from the central station of Santa Maria Novella and the Church of Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of a very elegant entrance, living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The structure has been recently renovated with elegant finishes and attention to detail.

We also inform you that at the time of check in you will be asked to pay in cash the final cleaning costs of € 40.00 and to pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Florence of € 3.00 per person per night.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that at the check in time it will be asked for the payment of 40.00 € for final cleanig and the city tax of 3.00 € per person per day all in CASH.

There's no reception, please indicate your arrival time. The check in time is 3 pm-6pm.
Please note, a surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: - EUR 20 for check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 - EUR 35 for check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 50 for check-in from 22:00 to 00:00
 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The property does not have a reception, so please communicate your arrival time at least 1 hour in advance, using the message section at the time of booking.
The check in time is 15-18.
The acceptance of any arrivals after the normal check-in time (14: 00/18: 00) will be at the discretion of the structure and if accepted will entail a supplement of:
20 EURO for arrivals from 18:00 to 20:00
35 EURO for arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00
50 EURO for arrivals from 22:00 to 24:00
