This rural accommodation is two rural houses, one is the old town house and the other is a new one.
They are rented together to a single group exclusively, belong to the complex Rural Houses Avila Gredos have capacity for 20 more extra seats.
We also have 2 other homes in the same town "La Higuera and El Nogal" with capacity for 12 more extra seats.

As for these 2 houses, "lalo's daughter and cello's son" are joined by an interior door, all facilities including the pool and parking are for a single group exclusively.

The shape of the pool enclosure simulates a surfboard and is surrounded by a solarium area in which to lie under the sun, to tan a little in the summer months. Although if you prefer the shade there is no problem, because there is a centennial walnut with tables and several umbrellas under which you can place your chair or hammock and sit with a cool drink while you have your snack.

If you are from the kitchens, between bathroom and bathroom you are preparing some food on the barbecue meat or paella.

All this you can savor at the outdoor tables, that there are several picnic type and others with special wooden furniture for outdoor.

On the 1000 meter plot, they are celebrated if you want events and you are free to decorate it. You can also use parking and where children can play.

    A living room with a built-in fireplace along with several sofas, as well as a dining area with large extendable tables so you can gather together to eat.

       3 bathrooms and equipped with showers or bathtubs so you can relax underwater.

"Lalo's daughter"

It is an old house of popular architecture completely restored, preserving its state and original materials such as stone, wood, brick, ceramics ... both on the facade and inside, combining the original town house with the current amenities. It consists of two floors, at various heights and levels of origin.

On the ground floor you will find:

- A living room with fireplace, ideal for winter gatherings.

- Two double rooms preceded by a meeting and reading room where our small library with information on routes and activities and board games is located.

- Living room with sofa bed, TV and window to a small interior patio. From here you access another double room.

- Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower with temperature regulator.

- A large kitchen-dining room where you can meet and eat all together, with all the utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and small appliances to make your stay more comfortable.

Upstairs a dormer floor that is the old loft converted into a single quadruple room, with 2 single beds and one double bed plus 2 extra beds, ideal for families with children.

Outside the house:
At the entrance a landscaped patio with its own barbecue, grills, paella pan, outdoor tables and chairs.
From inside the house you can access another small enclosed patio with a garden, and from here to the barbecue area- garden-pool, 300m of enclosed, landscaped and conditioned area with magnificent views of the Sierras de Gredos and Béjar.
