First floor apartment in a bifamiiare fenced villa with garden. The villa is located in Colle San Marco about 60 meters above sea level with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Agropoli to the island of Capri. Very private and quiet area with municipal access road, private parking.
The furnished apartment of approx. 110 square meters and terrace at the level of 45 sqm. it consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, open kitchen. The apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached house with a garden of approx. 600 square meters with a beautiful area of succulents and cactus and artesian well.

Tramonti favolosi!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto ciò che occorre. La strada per raggiungerla è piuttosto sconnessa, ma la vista dal terrazzo e il fresco della sera vale sicuramente la pena! Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario!
