Apartment 120 square meters air conditioned and very quiet fully equipped, sea view, 2nd floor with elevator, private parking at the foot of the residence in a quiet area, close to all amenities on foot (grocery store, bakery, bus, pharmacy) at the entrance of the Ajaccio city
Close to the beaches (2.5km) with all water sports.

Ottimo soggiorno

Contro ogni aspettativa la casa era stupenda, dotata di un bagno, 2 letti da una piazza e mezza, 1 matrimoniale, 2 lettini singoli e 1 divano letto. Inoltre, sono presenti due frigoriferi, wifi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, smart-tv e tavolo che puo ospitare piu di 10 persone. L'host è stata chiara e cortese e ci ha restituito subito la cauzione come prefissato. La casa è localizzata in una zona quasi centrale e permette di raggiungere il centro di ajaccio in pochi minuti di macchina. Ottimo!

Great relaxing holiday

Hosts were very helpful and at the property to meet us and show us around and communication before and during visit was very good. A couple of negatives. The property is not in the circled location on the map. Had I have known this in advance it may have influenced my decision on the rental. Despite this, it was in what seamed a nice neighbourhood. There were only two of us so we had a choice of rooms. We chose the one closer to the living area as it was closer to the air conditioner. We used the spare room as our wardrobe. On this point, there was no handing space as all the wardrobes were bolted for storage of personal effects. People need hanging space! Front door to the block had a big problem with key entry but after a couple of days I mastered a technique of entry and assisted other residence on a couple of occasions. Arriving late on a Sunday made it impossible to do any shopping. It would have been nice if some basics were provided or even something left from previous occupants. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Better for a family rather than a couple as it is very spacious and would therefore, be more economical. Any criticism should be taken as constructive as we all have our individual likes and dislikes. We had a great holiday! Thank you Ilhona & Julien

Spacieux et bien situé, conseillé!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très confortable dans l’appart, bien situé, tout a proximité en voiture et quelques commerces à pied, belle terrasse et tous les équipements pour passer un séjour sympa. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous ont accueilli avec un beau panier des bons produits Corses.

Prima Ferienwohnung

Gut ausgestattete, saubere und günstig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem Wohngebiet (Hochhaus) am Rand von Ajaccio. Wir waren dort zu siebt mit Hund und es war nicht zu eng. Auf dem großen Balkon (mit ein bisschen Meerblick) kann man gut (und noch im Schatten!) frühstücken und fühlt sich trotz der anderen Hochhäuser in der Nähe nicht beobachtet. Auf einem zweiten Balkon, von der Küche aus zu erreichen, kann man Wäsche waschen und aufhängen. In den Betten bzw. auf den ausziehbaren Sofas kann man gut schlafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es einen guten Metzger, bei dem man morgens auch Baguette und andere Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Ebenfalls ins Fußnähe (ca. 15 Minuten) befindet sich ein relativ großer SPAR-Supermarkt, in dem man alles Nötige bekommt. Ajaccio ist eine sehenswerte Stadt mit einem schönen Markt (täglich außer montags) mit regionalen Produkten. Sowohl nördlich als auch südlich von Ajaccio gibt es wunderbare Strände, man muss aber doch mindestens 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, um die schönsten Strände zu errreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und vertrauenswürdig. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in einer traumhaft schönen Gegend.
