The house and 'very cozy and spacious, has an area of about 120 square meters, has 2 bedrooms pound, 2 bathrooms large living room and kitchen. A furnished patio overlooking the garden. barbecue available.
A 4 km away is a small country, Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. Alghero and its beaches are within 15 minutes. The peripheral position promotes fluid movements avoiding the traffic out of the city, especially in high season. And 'essential to have a car. If you want to enjoy the relaxing holiday this is the place for you.
At guests' disposal and shared with each other, the use of the pool, 6m x 12m, tennis court (racquets available).
For wine lovers, you can make tours and tastings in the neighboring cellar of Sella & Mosca. Or, sample the wine of our small production!

Charmigt men mycket slitet

Vi bodde i Villino Larabella. Huset känns charmigt vid första anblicken, men när man tittar närmare är huset och inredningen väldigt sliten och inte alls mysigt. Huset är översållat med gamla utslitna möbler. Köket är opraktiskt och läskigt och utrustningen inte mycket att ha. Dock finns både mikro och tvättmaskin. Aircondition i ett av sovrummen. Varmvattnet kommer och går. Ingen tv. Ingen wifi. Poolen är jättehärlig, men även här de mesta möbler slitna. Var beredd på mycket flugor, flera lösa hundar mm. Vår uteplats kändes överväxt och mörk. Vi lämnade en dag tidigare.

soggiorno ottimale

sono stato ospite della struttura nell'ultima settimana di giugno. i contenuti dell'inserzione sono assolutamente coerenti con lo stato di fatto. ottima qualità del servizio offerto che garantisce un piacevole soggiorno abitativo ed una funzionale base di partenza per la visita delle notevoli bellezze del territorio. Alghero è veramente a pochi minuti. E' una vacanza che mi sento di raccomandare, dico di più: ci andrei a vivere!!!
