This house is located in a farm behind the splendid vineyards of Sella & Mosca is 8 km from the airport and Alghero.
The house and 'very cozy and spacious, has an area of about 120 square meters, has 2 bedrooms pound, 2 bathrooms large living room and kitchen. A furnished patio overlooking the garden. barbecue available.
A 4 km away is a small country, Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. Alghero and its beaches are within 15 minutes. The peripheral position promotes fluid movements avoiding the traffic out of the city, especially in high season. And 'essential to have a car. If you want to enjoy the relaxing holiday this is the place for you.
At guests' disposal and shared with each other, the use of the pool, 6m x 12m, tennis court (racquets available).
For wine lovers, you can make tours and tastings in the neighboring cellar of Sella & Mosca. Or, sample the wine of our small production!
