Stylish, atmospheric and modern two bedroom apartment, superbly located in the heart of the Old Town, in a historical tenement house on Bednarska Street, next to the Royal Castle Square. The apartment is positioned on a higher ground floor; there are a few steps leading to the flat. The windows of the two bedrooms offer a stunning view on the Royal Castle and the gardens of Mariensztat while the living room goes on the Bednarska Street. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, television and WIFI. The flat features an open plan kitchen/living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and original herringbone flooring (present throughout the flat). Bedroom one has an european king size bed (160cm) and bedroom two is equipped with two single beds which can be put together, if necessary, to create a kingsize bed. There is also a travel cot bed for 2yo and under. The modern, designer bathroom hosts a spacious walk-in shower.

Great stay and excellent location

You cannot have a better location in central Warsaw - just a few minutes' walk from all the main sights in the old city of Warsaw. The place was so clean and comfortable. It has everything you need if you want to cook or just have snacks. It is close to many great restaurants. We had a lovely time there and would love to come back again.

The apartment is spacious and clean and within walking distance of the Old Main Square and restaurants, and shops. The host was quick in replies and even helped in ordering a taxi. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The apartment was beautiful and homey. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well equipped. We enjoyed an excellent cup of espresso each day. It was well situated to reach restaurants and the main square easily

Amazing place in the heart of Warsaw

I was very happy with this accommodation, flat was very spacious, nicely layout and clean. It had everything we needed, dishes, appliances, bedding and towels. Locations of this place was absolutely fantastic, steps away from Krakowskie Przedmiescie where we found lots of places to eat and shop.Evva was very friendly and easy to talk, she was very gracious in helping me sort out my mistake in booking.I would highly recommend this flat

Charming place in a great location. Nice added touches. Communication with Evva & Peppe prior to arrival was excellent. Little tricky to find unit in building first time but instructions provided were clear. Building is on hill so be prepared to walk uphill to get to where the action is. Would recommend.

Awesome location & apartment!

Family of 4, 2 boys ages 12 and 16, has everything you can need. Internet very reliable, no issues at all. Very responsive hosts too. Having an Italian restuarant (awesome pizzas and calzones - Claus and Johanna should get referral bonuses) with ice cold draught opposite the front entrance is truly an added luxury too! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment!

Large flat, good location

The flat was large and comfortable. The location is great - very close to Old Town and many restaurants and shops. It is located on a fairly steep hill and there is limited access by car, in case that is an issue for you. We didn’t have a problem with it. We really appreciated that the hosts had fans available since it was very hot when we visited. We had a very nice stay at this property.

Good location, and only positive really. Minimum kitchen equipment and utensils, 1 large bowl for salad,4 of everything else. 1 medium cooking pot, and 1 small pot. Needs more equipment. Bathroom modern but small thin bath mat had been cut into 2, and had to use hand towel so we didn't slip. Medium size bath towels. Beds comfortable, but need extra firmer pillows. Linen adequate Would have been nice to have been met and door codes, key codes and appliances explIned. Bar a few doors down, very noisey and busy Friday and Sat night Transport trains and busses very close. Old town easy walking distance. Mediocre

Very nice apartment ina great location.

The apartment suited our needs well. It was clean and nicely furnished. Best of all, centrally located, just a 1/2 block away from Old Town, in a safe neighborhood. Close to several good restaurants, bars and small markets. The owners gave us some helpful information. We were able to walk to most sites and really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great shower, comfortable bed. Glad of the microwave. To get to Old Town turn right outside the apt, turn right again at top of hill and carry on for a couple blocks. Only problem is that instructions are needed for the stove. We could only get 1 burner to work.

Nice, modern appartment in an old house

This apartment is really nice and comfortable. Has almost everything a guest may need. (no ironing board). Excellent location, close to tourist attractions, yet quiet. The only thing about this apartment (common in many polish flats) is ugly common space inside of the building. I don't know if it could be "fixed", but a can of paint and couple of hours of work could really change the appearance of the corridor door. Everything else was super!

We love reading, walking, cooking for our friends and playing music. We travel often, either for business, pleasure, or to visit our families in Sicily - Italy and Warsaw, Poland.

Why they chose this property

It is a lovely, spacious modern apartment in a historical building, one of a few which survived the bombings of the WWII in Warsaw. Old Town location is perfect for sightseeing and dining too.
