Nicely landscaped gardens will provide ample space for relaxation while soaking up the sun and the when the sun goes down, head for that impressive balcony on offer where you can just chill and enjoy the views of the Med. Large open plan kitchen and dining areas, expansive living rooms with large patio doors leading on to the impressive balconies perfect for those hot summer nights. Tastefully furnished and air-conditioned throughout, this property is one of our favorites and it does not come as a surprise that it attracts a lot of interest.

The property and location were just perfect. The balcony was great for day and night. The appartment was everything we needed with great aircon. The location was great. Nice quiet area but plenty of restaurants and easy to get a taxi to ayia Napa. Also a couple of excellent beach clubs near by, Isola and Lasmari Beach.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The large balcony is perfect for outdoor meals or just relaxing and overlooks the pool. 5 min walk to Nissi Beach or 40 min walk into town, although buses are frequent and taxis quite reasonable. Costas is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful.

Lovely quiet apartment

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights as we were attending a wedding at the Olympic Lagoon Hotel. We were in a great location. Walking distance to Nissi Beach and just 1 or 2 bus stops from Landa beach which is also beautiful. The apartment itself was lovely - a nice big terrace which had the sun in the morning and welcome shade in the early evening. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished throughout. The air con throughout all the rooms was just what we needed to cool down. Overall a lovely apartment in a great location.

My daughters wedding holiday

3 nissi Beach apartments when we arrived we found that we had 4 bottles of water in the fridge that was a great start to the day the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay the little pool was great for the baby. so many shops close to apartments and restaurants to recommend The garden restaurant food fantastic. Costas I can't thank you enough for your help whilst we were there my wife got her watch back this morning. very happy lady thank you again I will definitely be coming back cheers Tim.

first summer holiday

My wife and I stayed at the appartment with our two children (0/ 2 years). The appartment is quietly localised in short walking distance to the sea and the famous nissy beach. The two swimming pools in front of the appartment were allways good for a short break and espacially the smaller one a perfect place cooling down with the kids. The appartment itself is spacious and perfect with the two bedrooms and a big balcony especially for a little break in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and we were not lacking of nothing. Furthermore Costas was amazing. He was allways available if we needed help nevertheless if concerning organising befor or managing meanwhile our stay.

Great location, great apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights as visiting friends in Ayia Napa. Location is great with only a short walk to Nissi beach, apartment is a great size. The owner was very helpful, no issues at all.
