All in all, Lola is not trustworthy landlord. Keep away from this flat!
Lola was late to reply to our communication, she is not capable to run hospitality business. We agreed to meet at 6pm near her house but Lola arrived late.
We have been through a terrible first night where Lola could have resolved the issue within few minutes or seconds. When we couldn’t open the door, we kept asking her to come and open the door of your house, Lola was telling us like if we were idiots, saying: turn the keys to the right! I kept saying we can’t open the door, she finally came to try open her house door, she couldn’t open too.
Her husband tried opening the door, but he couldn’t too, so he told Lola he can enter the flat from the stairs’ window, this window on the stairs can facilitate access to the property in urgent situation, her husband checked it was opened and told Lola immediately, I can enter through the window and open the door from inside. Lola disagreed and did not let him enter the flat. Then she was telling me: did you leave the window open; I didn’t understand the meaning until late.
Lola called her bother in law to come and help opening the door with her husband, they tried hard but they could not open the door. My wife and I were waiting on the street and Lola enjoying a chat with the neighbours, then Her Husband decided in from of me to enter the flat from the stairs window and opened the door within a minute. I was extremely perplexed and upset, why he didn’t open the door at 9pm and we had to wait until 11pm??
