About this property

THE SOURCE - GUEST HOUSE

Fonte is a space inserted in a calm and quiet village, close to beaches and places of entertainment. You can enjoy privacy, nature. 700 meters from a grocery store and a typical restaurant "O Pão Saloio" and a cafe. 5 Km from Termas do Vimeiro, and 6.5 km from Campo de Golf and Hotel Golf Mar. Here you will be a step away from countless beaches, ideal for surfing for example.
It is a ground floor villa recently remodeled, comprising kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside you will have a covered barbecue area, where you can have your meals and enjoy them. They have a backyard where you can relax and even sunbathe. The bedrooms and the kitchen overlook the countryside, the living room overlooks the backyard. Here pets are family, and as such they will always be welcome! 7km from Santa Rita and Valmitão Beach, 12km from Areia Branca Beach, and 20km from Peniche Beaches, Super Tubos, Baleal.
The ideal is to have a car to be able to enjoy the beaches or even for a night out.
During your stay you can count on our help, to be able to explore the area to the fullest. On site you can find brochures and maps of different night spaces, beaches, museums, restaurants, swimming pools and even events, such as WCT.
Accommodation prices include gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. In winter we supply pallets for heating the Salamandra to pallets.
Extra person 15 € night, only with prior notice of at least 1 week, in order to prepare extra bed (after 4 guests / maximum of 6 people total)

Très bon séjour chez Ana et Marco

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine durant l'été 2025.La location est bien conforme à la description.La propriété est très propre et dispose d'équipements quasiment neufs et de qualité. La maison est assez spacieuse et fonctionnelle.Ana et sa famille ont été très accueillants, bienveillants et toujours disponibles. Nos enfants ont pu bénéficier de la salle d'activité de la propriété ainsi que de la piscine.La maison nous a semblé très bien positionnée, centrale avec tous les sites que nous souhaitions découvrir : à moins d'une heure de Lisbonne, Sintra, Cascais, Mafra pour la zone sud et proche d'autres sites au nord : Peniche, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Obidos. Bref, une belle position à proximité de nombreux et magnifiques sites. Notre semaine a été très appréciée par toute la famille. Merci à Ana, Marco et Lucas pour leur sympathique accueil.

Geweldige plek voor rust zoekers

Deze woning en plaats en eigenaars helpen je te ontstressen. De heerlijke rustige ligging met een wijds uitzicht en uiterst vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame eigenaars op elk vlak. De ligging is ook idiaal om uitstapjes te maken. Maar ook om als start punt voor wandeling. Op een 15 minuten rijden een heerlijk rustig gelegen strand met goede strandtent geweldig allemaal. Zeer goed restaurant op loop afstand. Al met al een top lokatie. Met heel veel dank aan Ana, Marc en Lukas het was bij jullie top. 1 opmerking miste buiten 2 hoge zomer stoelen voor een comfortabele zit. Zeer vriendelijke groet, Gea&Alfond

Hébergement exceptionnel

Le logement est vraiment exceptionnel de part l'état de propreté, par sa taille et par son confort. Il ne manque vraiment rien. Il y a deux grandes chambres avec des lits très confortables, la salle de bains est parfaites, la cuisine est tout simplement grande et très fonctionnelle. Merci à Ana, Marco et à leur petit garçon pour l'accueil, ils sont tous les trois très gentils. Nous conseillons cette location de vacances sans aucune hésitation.

Unterkunft ist super sauber, gut ausgerüstet und eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und man kann von da aus viele Ausflüge unternehmen.

Warm welcome and nice clean house

We liked the house very much, modern and clean. The warm welcome with fruit, coffee and water was excelent. Good shower and kitchen contains everything you need. Lot of doing in the surroundings. Sintra, Lisboa and the beach with surfing.

Schöne, moderne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in ländlicher Umgebung

Entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bilder zu 100%. Liebe Betreuung inclusive. Erstausstattung von Wasser und Kaffeekapseln sowie Holzkohle für den Grill wurde uns überlassen. Bei Bedarf kann auch die Waschmaschine benutzt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Ana!
