This charming, stone mid-terrace cottage is situated in the scattered hamlet of Pontfaen, near to Bronygarth and one mile from Chirk and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Please note: this property does not allow charging of electric vehicles
Little Cow House is a charming, stone mid-terrace cottage situated in the scattered hamlet of Pontfaen, near to Bronygarth and one mile from Chirk and can sleep five people in one king-size double bedroom with en-suite, a double room and a single. There is also a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars on a shared courtyard, a private patio with furniture and barbecue and a shared lawned garden. There is shared use of a lawned terraced garden. Little Cow House is a wonderful holiday cottage in an idyllic, tranquil location for families and friends to enjoy the surrounding countryside.
Amenities: Ground source underfloor heating throughout with solar panels and electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars on shared courtyard. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of terraced lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Terraced garden has drops, children to be supervised at all times. Please note: this property does not allow charging of electric vehicles, charging points can be found in the central Chirk car park (charges apply).
