Offering a versatile layout to suit families and groups of 4, this duplex chalet apartment offers the perfect retreat from which to relax and enjoy the delights of Livigno.
Internally the apartment offers a beautiful homely ambience, ideal for holiday stays.
A bright and welcoming living area features a beamed ceiling and snug sofas, for a cosy and inviting setting. The high quality furniture here is complemented by a flat screen TV and WIFI access, for guest’s enjoyment.
Leading on from the living area, a fully-equipped kitchen diner offers all the necessary appliances for making the most of a self-catering stay.
The sleeping accommodation to this duplex chalet retreat is perfect for family and friends. Couples can easily unwind within the serenity of their own double bedroom. A second bedroom furnished with two single beds offers a lovely setting for children to be accommodated, with a desk and charming views to hand.
The inviting retreat further comprises 2 contemporary fitted shower rooms, useful laundry facilities and offers easy access to a boot storage room and boot heater.
A lovely shared garden to the chalet residence offers the perfect excuse to enjoy an alfresco meal in the summertime, with a BBQ and outdoor dining area to hand. Guests can also bask in the mountain sun, with 4 sun loungers provided.
From the holiday residence guests are within easy reach of the extensive range of duty-free shops, restaurants and bars on offer in lively Livigno.
There is a private parking spot and free public parking.
