This luxury villa is located on the quiet park 't Hoogelandt, in one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the island of Texel. The house is near the woods and dunes, a short distance from the beach by the sea and it comfortably accommodates a party of children.

For the children, the swimming paradise Caluna, Ecomare and Schipbreuk and the Juttersmuseum Flora are just a stone's throw away. Want to go on a horseback ride? There are several riding stables in the region. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are both a few kilometres from the villa. Public transport stops 500 m from the villa.

The comfortable box-spring beds are extra long and after an intensive day you can relax in the bathtub. The garden is screened by tall trees and shrubs, enhancing privacy. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob. You can end your holiday days relaxing with a glass of wine on the spacious outdoor south-facing terrace. The property is equipped with a charging point for electric cars that can be used for a fee with public charging passes.
