A stunning little cottage in an excellent location
We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage in the South of France, it is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The terrace is lovely to sit outside and relax with a glass of the local wine. We explored the area around the village, St Chinian is particularly lovely with markets twice weekly and, of course, the renowned Carcassonne. Not far to the beach and the countryside is breathtaking. Highly recommended!!

Thank you very much for your positive review. I am delighted you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of everything there is to do in this beautiful part of France. Hope to see you again for a future visit.
An old stone house, lovingly restored and with all modern amenities, very well equipped to live a simple village life 'en bonne ambiance.' Within driving distance of many pretty villages; lots of hiking possibilities in the area. Walking between the vineyards and attending the tastings at the wineries, you can't help but become an advanced student in the Faculty of Wine!

Thank you so much for your review Mariken, so pleased to have you as a guest. Enjoy the rest of your stay, Pauline :)
La Remise is located in a small town surrounded by vineyards and rugged hills. It's so quiet at night you can hear your own heartbeat. The terrace on the upper floor is completely private and has comfortable furniture for lounging. Pauline, the owner, is a top-notch hostess, taking care of every detail with friendly efficiency. It has old world charm with modern conveniences. Perfect!

Small but perfectly formed
Husband and I stayed for a few days last month - La Remise is small, but absolutely perfect for the two of us. The property was clean and very well maintained. The description and photos are accurate.
Pauline is an excellent host and is very approachable.
There is so much to do in the area as well - our particular favourites from this trip were a walk through the Gorges d'Heric, and a day trip to see the sites in Nîmes. Obviously the wine is not to be missed too!

Thank you so much for your lovely words and I am very happy you enjoyed your stay at La Remise. I will have to visit the Gorges d'Heric myself as I have never been there and it sounds wonderful. Hope to welcome you back one day, Pauline

Kleines Domizil mit allem was man braucht.
Vielen Dank!!
Well equipped and comfortable little gite in quiet street in the small town of Cebazan. Lovely sunny terrace. Very comfortable bed. Great for a couple wanting to explore this fascinating area of France. Easy reach of beautiful old villages, plenty of wine tasting, the lovely Canal du Midi and the coast. Some great walking from the house.
We had a wonderfully stay at this property. It was home from home, everything you needed. It was exceptional hot when we stayed and fan's were provided but a mosquito net to cover the door would have made the nights a little more comfortable (been able to leave open). Local patisserie had a great selection of lovely bread and cakes! Would return!

Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this property as soon as I saw it. It has such charm and everything about it has been tastefully done. In a beautiful area, wonderful year long sunshine and such a variety of attractions, from cuisine, wine, historic buildings, spectacular countryside... I just love this region and everything about it.
