KYRIA FLORENCE BEAUTIFUL ARTISTS HOUSE, SKOPELOS MAMAMIA ISLAND VERY QUIET.

This house is very luxurious and decorated with great taste and combines luxury, comfort and privacy. Stylish original decoration with a lot of art.
The entrance is through a very thick wall, directly onto the spacious fully walled terrace (+ -50m2). There is a lot of greenery, a lemon tree, a wonderfully smelling jasmine, with sun and shade areas, a BBQ and a large sofa. Tables and garden chairs are available.
From here you enter the house into the kitchen. The spacious kitchen offers every cook everything he can dream of (hob, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, ...). Everything is provided and of very high quality. Behind the kitchen there is a sitting and relaxation area with a fireplace, and a large table.
Still on this level you will find a compact bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Upstairs one finds the spacious bedroom, with balcony, with a view over the city, the harbor, the sea and the hills. The bedroom has air conditioning and a silent fan. The spacious bed is 200x160 cm.
The entire house is very tastefully decorated with many original artworks and beautiful furniture. A successful combination of classic and modern.

Stunning house on a beautiful island!

This is a beautiful, character house, which is very well equipped and is highly tastefully decorated. The owner is an artist and her beautiful paintings decorate the rooms throughout. The bedroom is very large with an extremely comfortable bed with high quality linens. The large terrace is completely private and the views from the bedroom balcony over the sea and Skopelos town are stunning. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet very close to all amenities. The support from Kathleen and her team before & during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this lovely house!

Very happy stay

This is a very sweet place to call home for trip to beautiful Skopelos. It’s on s a very peaceful corner yet close enough to the ring road and parking to come and go easily. Then there’s all the fun of getting lost in the labyrinth of lanes, and improving fitness with the strolls up and down to favourite cafes.and restaurants. As well as being sweet- the house is also extremely comfortable and well appointed. It’s a real home not just a holiday let property. We loved the spacious bedroom with its fan and balcony. The courtyard was also great with its mix of sun and shade and heavenly jasmine scents. We’d love to stay again.
