Now available for holiday lets, this cosy property is a simply stunning converted Norfolk brick and flint barn with 3 en-suite bedrooms. The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard in 2016, and it's design means that there are some outstanding features found within the property. The property is all based on the ground floor. Only steps are 3 steps to the front door.

It is perfectly located in the heart of North Norfolk, and under 9 miles to the beach. The peaceful village of Little Snoring provides an idyllic base for a relaxing retreat, whilst being surrounded by some of the delights of Norfolk, including the majestic Georgian village of Holt.

In the light of more and more people deciding to take their holidays in the UK, this property offers it's guests fantastic value for money. The 'freedom' of self catering and having everyone together in a spacious, high quality accommodation where each bedroom has its own bathroom, has become a very popular modern way of taking a holiday. There is plenty of private parking available for guests staying in the property and both front and rear gardens.

A really comfortable house in a great location

The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. It was perfect for our needs travelling with teenagers and grandparents and we would definitely return.

Family stay

Had a lovely time at Simons property - everything provided. Great communication and we were able to extend our check out time which was great as we had an evening flight to catch. Highly recommend

A blissful weekend in Norfolk

We stayed in this property over the bank holiday weekend. We couldn't fault it... The communication prior to our arrival, the ease of arrival, the cleanliness, the space, everything was so well executed. The village is well located near large roads to get you out and about with ease, we loved it. It was just what we needed. We intend to return next year. I'd highly recommend this property!

I love my weekend getaways, and holidays, and really recommend our property for a break. It has a lovely family feel to it, is in a stunning location and you will come back revitalised and refreshed. Having a young family, I can vouch for how much there is for young children to do in the local area.

Why they chose this property

North Norfolk holds some very special memories for myself and my family. Some of my fondest childhood memories were made here. It is a place with huge expanses of stunning beaches, pretty Norfolk villages with cottages built in flint and brick, the market towns of Holt and Burnham Market with their boutique shops, the farm shops and artisan producers and a mass of fabulous places to eat. We have spent enough time in Norfolk to know that it is just as special in the snow, the wind, or a spectacular thunderstorm as it is on a hot balmy day – you just need to be prepared for all eventualities!

What makes this property unique

The location of The Old Barn Gallery could not be better to explore North Norfolk during the day, and then act as a relaxing retreat in the evenings. It is perfect for all generations, from children to great grandparents.
