This was our 2nd stay this summer, we previously stayed Memorial wkend. As others have stated the pool was not up to par, pool furniture a bit torn-up in need of up keep. Overall we’ve enjoyed our booking & convenience on this property, however, I do find the housekeeping rules annoying- if the property is charging a “cleaning fee” guests should not be required to unmake beds , towels etc and place in the laundry room? I can understand removing trash to cycle bins.But aside from these minor issues, great for your stay in Rehoboth.

Just to clarify, placing used towels and sheets in the laundry room was not a required rule. It was simply a courtesy suggestion to help our housekeeping team prepare condo for the next guests. As far for the pool furniture, those are part of the condo association, so their upkeep is outside of an individual owner's control. The pool was very nice. Parking was easy and available right in front of the building. The location was convenient. We encountered a few missteps as a result of a new cleaning service which the owner assured us she would talk with them about. Additionally two separate maintenance issues with the condo did unfortunately disrupt our stay. Bad timing for a couple things to malfunction but each was addressed.

A great base for exploring SoDel

This is a lovely condo unit perfectly located for exploring all Southern Delaware has to offer. It’s clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet even though it’s just off busy Route 1. Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, and Lewes, Dewey and Bethany beaches aren’t much further. Definitely would stay here again.

Tried to walk out the back to the pool one day and we’re attacked by 1 million mosquitoes so bring bug spray. Everything is close by but the traffic during peak season is insane. It’s a 4 Lane Highway right outside the condo best time to drive is early in the morning or late at night which is not convenient for beach or families otherwise the property was excellently maintained. Laundry room inside the suite was new and efficient.screen porch was great. Keyless entry was great not to mention the backup plan If you have mobility issues, you may want to ask about what floor you’re on. There are no elevators and lugging luggage up three flights of steps can be taxing.

Great location right off the main road (Route 1); close to all shopping & dining options. We loved the property, a 2-room/bath condo with all your needs for an extended stay.Parking included with your stay, including a complex community pool. Dana’s condo was clean, bright and comfortable. It was within driving or walking distance of everything. Very nice place for two to four people to stay. Dana was very easy to communicate with and would quickly reply to any questions.

Rehoboth vacaton

Condo was very clean and ample space. Just two of us but the condo could easily house 2 couples or a family. Good location, didn't shop due to pandemic but is very close to outlets and restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away, good stay!

What a great find!

This was a lovely condo space for out first DE beach visit. Spotless but inviting, it's close to the beaches (Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, traffic permitting; Lewes is 20) but far enough removed from the party scene to enable you to rest up for the next day's fun. Located off busy Route 1, with all the supermarkets/outlet shopping you could want, but you hear surprisingly little highway noise. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!
