Loft feet in the water, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean,

On the floor of our villa (but completely independent in every way and without any opposite,) the loft which is two hundred meters, is an open space, bright and friendly. The beach, the sea, you can admire, without any obstacle, your bed (3 bedrooms), your bath, (suite) stay, kitchen, with your meals and not forgetting the two large terraces (80m2) planted in part (a lawn area where you can lie protected by the amber of a beautiful palm tree) .Two rooms each offer a bathroom and a bed of 1m80. the third bedroom, also with its own bathroom, has three single beds. Between the dining area (for comfortably 10 people) and the modern and functional kitchen, a large bar invites to contemplation. Without forgetting a beautiful fireplace (which draws wonderfully) for a beautiful and romantic evening of winter lovers or friends .
The terraces are equipped with wide benches (also to lie down and read), comfortable chairs, deckchair and chaise longue. Two pretty tables, with a large umbrella, offer a dining area also for 10 people ..
Private parking at the foot of the loft. a guard service, day and night, ensures the tranquility and privatization of the entire residence.
The beach (where you have your own straw umbrella) is almost private in the week and is a bit more crowded on the WE. Walking along the beach and swimming in front of the residence is pure pleasure. By moving away from no more than 200m, you can enjoy a fresh fish in the two or three restaurants feet in the water .. (to avoid the WE, too many people) ...
The residence is quiet, family, with some Villas, loyal tenants ..and cosmopolitan.

Nabeul, the capital of Tunisian handicraft is 3km and Hammamet, the famous fishing village with its historic fort, is 9km.
Three hundred meters from the residence, you can do all your shopping (large supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, fresh vegetable marketers, very good bakery and pastry ..). without having to go down to town.
A five km round, you have a large choice of restaurants, thalassotherapy (internationally renowned) Hammam ... international festival of Hammamet during July and August offers performances of songs, theater and classical music

NB: the loft can not be rented for ceremonies or wedding.
