Come and enjoy the stunning view of our apartment where you can ski in less than 10 minutes in the winter and start you hiking in less than as 5 minutes 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, cable TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 91. Please note: non-smokers only.

Large apartment block "Sonnenhang", 3 km from the centre of Mühlbach, in a quiet, sunny position near the slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 3 km, café 100 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift 1.7 km, gondola lift 6 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski bus stop 50 m free of charge, ski school 6 km, children's ski school 6 km, sled run 6 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mühlbach-Dienten-Maria Alm 6 km, Hochkeil 2 km. Hiking paths: Hochkönig 20 m.

Unser Winterurlaub im geräumigen Appartement: Vor- und Nachteile

Wir haben dieses Appartement für unsere Winterferien genutzt, mitten in der Saison. Es ist ein geräumiges Appartement mit einem modernen Badezimmer (mit Regendusche ... wirklich großartig). Die Toilette befindet sich im Badezimmer, was als Nachteil angesehen werden könnte. Die Küche ist klein, aber wenn man sie, wie wir, nur für ein kleines Abendessen nach dem Essen in einer der tollen Almen im Skigebiet benötigt, ist das kein Problem. Ein kleines Problem, das ich bereits in Kommentaren gelesen habe, ist das zentrale Licht im Wohnzimmer. Es ist wirklich nicht ausreichend, wenn man es nutzen möchte, um abends am Esstisch ein Brettspiel zu spielen. Die Sofas sind geräumig und kommen mit schönen Decken.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Was uns gefallen hat: - die Lage und der Blick - das große Schlafzimmer - gute Ausstattung - der Balkon ist im Sommer bestimmt toll Was wir vermisst haben oder was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: - Die Küche ist winzig. Eine Person bei geschlossenen Schränken/Spülmaschine passt gut rein, aber selbst das Kühlschranköffnen macht einen Eintritt in die Küche unmöglich. Tischdecken oder Abräumen bedürfen einer logistische Meisterleistung. - Der Parkplatz ist für große Autos (wir haben einen Pick-up) zu klein. - Die Staumöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, da wahnsinnig viel "Zeug" (Spiele, Geschenkpapier, Weihnachtsschmuck, Geschirr, Lebensmittelreste etc.) schon vor Ort ist. 20 Tassen und alle Variationen an Gläsern sind einerseits toll, andererseits belegen sie dann Staufläche für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel, eigene Spiele o.ä. - Der Skiraum ist kaum beheizt, so dass man dort nicht seine Skischuhe trocknen kann. - Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit (Vorhang/Rollo o.ä.) fehlt. - Beleuchtung über Esstisch fehlt - Zum Spielen, Arbeiten o.ä. ist die große WZ-Beleuchtung sehr ungemütlich. Zum Fernsehgucken kann man dann das Zimmer aber gemütlich indirekt beleuchten. - Haus sehr hellhörig, aber nachts dennoch ruhig. - Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist die Toilette im Bad. Das ist leider unpraktisch, gerade morgens, wenn alle gleichzeitig loswollen.

Zomervakantie met kinderen in Muhlbach

Een net appartement, ruim, en van de meeste gemakken voorzien. Wat wij minder vonden, is dat het een vrij groot appartementencomplex is (hadden we ons eerder moeten realiseren) en het was ook nogal gehorig. Zo hadden we buren die het heerlijk vonden om 's avonds de TV lekker hard te zetten, en kon je de bovenburen horen rondstampen. De gangen waren nogal duister en op sommige plekken rook het naar oude rook, wat het een aftandse sfeer geeft. Maar, het appartement zelf was prima, met goede bedden en heerlijke douche. Er is een (ruim) balkon, maar je kan niet direct naar buiten. Vnden wij wat minder handig voor de kinderen. De wasmachine en droger zijn gedeeld, en staan in de kelder. Je betaalt 20 Eurocent voor x KW, wat nogal onhandig is, want je weet niet hoeveel KW een programma is. En je moet van tevoren reserveren. Er is dus geen wasmachine in het appartement zoals in de advertentie stond. Het contact met de eigenaar en het inchecken ging soepel. De omgeving is prachtig, er is heel veel te doen in de zomer voor kinderen, maar in de directe omgeving van het appartement is niet veel.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für alle die etwas Ruhe genießen wollen liegt sie ideal, da sie doch etwas vom Ort abgelegen ist. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen und überlegen dies auch für das nächste Jahr zu tun. Wir haben es sehr genossen die Zeit am Hochkönig
