Dale Cottage is a lovely detached, character cottage in the village of Llanrwst, five miles from Betws y Coed. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which all have their own en-suite facilities and include three double rooms and a twin. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside there are lawned gardens, a courtyard patio and off road parking for four cars. Dale Cottage is the perfect property to provide a holiday home for friends and family all year round.

Amenities: Gas central heating with two woodburning stoves. Range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/Radio, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned gardens with furniture and courtyard patio with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: There are various slopes, steps, drops and levels in the garden, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: There are two small open ponds in the upper garden area, children and pets must be supervised at all times.

Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.

A good find in Llanrwst
Well presented and well equiped property and a good size, almost every home comfort was available although a dishwasher for a property of this size and quality should be a must. Also noting the website that hairdryers are provided would be useful.
