Holiday Surf #505 accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in guest bedroom and sofa sleeper in living room. This unit has tile floors throughout and the well equipped Kitchen features stainless steel appliances.

With dining for 6 and all the comforts of home, you'll be able to enjoy life both on and off the beach whilst vacationing at 505. A 47" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms round off what is sure to be your go to spot for years to come.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 30th year to stay. Didn’t disappoint! All the staff are great at what they do. We had to call the front desk because we didn’t have a pod coffee maker. Within 10 minutes we had one! Thank you Alex! Will definitely be back next year! Our room was spotless. Thanks again for another great stay!

Good location, small apartment.

The listing pictures are a little deceiving because the apartment is really tiny and a very small kitchen. We were hoping for more space. The other annoying thing is the distance from the elevator, there is only one in the middle of the building. Also the designated smoking area was just outside the main exit door which is not pleasant to always have to walk by, especially if you have kids. On the other hand the apartment was clean and the location convenient. I would probably not go back to this property considering the cost per night and the inconveniences here listed.
