Spacious and sleek apartment with pool just a 5 minute walk to beach/nightlife.
This first floor modern licenced apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, the master having one king size bed and the other, two single beds. Sleeps four people. Both bedrooms have doors leading onto one of the balconies which has a table and chairs - perfect for outdoor dining.
There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite in the master bedroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet & sink and the other with a shower enclosure, toilet & sink. There is a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and separate utility area with a washing machine. The living room is bright and sleek and in addition to the sofa it has a smart TV, DVD, WiFi and a dining table with 6 chairs.
In addition, there is a further private balcony which leads off the living room and kitchen with a corner sofa and table where sundowners can be enjoyed in comfort.
The 2 separate balconies enable you to catch both the morning and afternoon sun as they are on opposite sides of the building. Both are fully furnished for you to dine or relax in comfort. The other balcony has a table, 4 chairs and 2 comfortable rattan chairs.
There is full cold/hot air conditioning throughout, allocated parking and access to the private swimming pool (shared by 6 apartments in the block). This apartment provides a perfect base for a holiday in Puerto Pollensa being 5 minutes stroll to the beach and 12 minutes stroll to the main centre and all that this wonderful resort has to offer.
