About this property

Classic summer cottage in fantastic surrounding

The cottage is simple, but very convenient. The main house is 64m2. It is located in a quiet and secluded part of Flatön with only 2-3 neighbors relatively close by.

Bedrooms

In the main house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and one with a full size bunk bed. In addition, 10m from the main house there's a separate small guest-house with a double bed (160 cm).

The living room is very light and fresh. There are two sofas and an arm chair + additional chairs when needed. Smart-TV with Netflix access.

Kitchen

The kitchen is connected to the living room and was totally refurbished in 2016. It has every amenity incl. dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffe machine. All New from in 2016. The kitchen table has four seats, but six if you fold out a table top.

The bathroom was totally refurbished in 2016 and includes a new shower cabine and a new incineration toilet.

Porch
--------
Outside the main house there's a big porch with a teak expandable table perfect for the long summer evenings. A big Weber barbecue is at your disposal.

The lawn has plenty of space (~ 1000 m2) for activities, and there are Several games you can use like badminton, volleyball, boules, croquet, bowler, etc.

great cottage, beauty location

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage lies in the nature on an island, good to reach by ferry (every 30 min), adventurous way to the beach. Beautiful furnished, great terrace, very well equiped kitchen

Lovely cottage in a great location

Lovely cottage in great location with lots of sports equipment and games available to keep everyone busy! We found plenty to do locally including walking, kayaking, swimming and fishing and a visit to Karingon and Lysekil. We had two busy days in Gothenberg before arriving here so enjoyed the peace and tranquility, early in season so few restaurants etc open and very quiet everywhere. Anders very helpful prior to and throughout stay.

Ein Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, ein einsamer Strand (auf dem Weg dahin sollte man aber trittsicher sein) und eine Ausstattung, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Mit eigenen Booten (Kanu oder Kajak) sollte man aber zu einem anderen Strand fahren (es sind viele geeignete in der Nähe).Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Er war für Fragen immer zu erreichen.

Traumhafte Lage

Charmantes Häuschen in herrlich ruhiger Lage. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Großer Garten mit Sportgeräten vorhanden. Die Anleitungen von Anders sind gut verständlich so daß wir völlig selbständig alles benutzen sowie Ein- und Auschecken konnten. Lediglich die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus sollte repariert werden da man mit dem PKW Gefahr läuft am Boden aufzusitzen.

Schwedenfeeling PUR

Wir hatten eine super Woche! Herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Häuschen liegt wirklich in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. In beide Richtungen kann man sehr schnell zum Meer gelangen. Zur Badestelle kommt man über einen sehr coolen Weg durch den Wald und über Felsen. Da sollte man allerdings gutes Schuhwerk mitbringen. Das besondere an diesem Objekt ist, dass der Besitzer es selbst nutzt und alles, wirklich alles da ist und benutzt werden darf. Nicht nur ist die Küche komplett ausgestattet, sondern es gibt auch im Gartenhäuschen Bälle, Spiele, ein SUP, ein Grill... Uns hat es besonders gefallen, ein Volleyballnetz im Garten zu haben. Auch durften wir die beiden Kayaks nutzten. Ein tolles Erlebnis im Scherengarten um Flatön. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen und werden dieses Häuschen auch gerne empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Anders war bereits vor dem Urlaub perfekt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden kurzfristig beantwortet. Im Haus lag eine Mappe bereit, die alle möglichen auftretenden Fragen zum Aufenthalt im Haus klärte, Tipps für Unternehmungen, Einkauf und Freizeit enthielt. Haus und Grundstück bieten alles, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Zudem ist die Insel Flatön ein idyllischer Platz mit zwei kostenlosen Fährverbindungen. Von hier aus gibt es viele schöne Naturerlebnisse im Schärengebiet zu entdecken. Wer Einsamkeit, Ruhe und Natur mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Schön eingerichtetes und toll gelegenes Häuschen

Bereits die erste Kontaktaufnahme und jede weitere Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und über einen kleinen abenteuerlichen Weg gelangt man ans Wasser. Von hier aus lassen sich tolle Touren planen oder man genießt vor Ort die Natur. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus und der Garten waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und man hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr :). Der große Garten lud zum Badminton oder auch einfach nur zum Entspannen ein. Vom Haus aus erreicht man das Wasser mit einem Steg über einen kurzen Pfad. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war total unkompliziert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mit mehr als 4 Personen ist zu beachten, dass 2 Schlafplätze ausserhalb in einer kleinen Hütte untergebracht sind, aber auch im Haus auf einer Couch Schlafmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. GInsgesamt eine prima Lage im Schärengebiet.

Einer der schönsten Familienurlaube

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7J, 4J, 1J,) durften 2 Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen. Das Haus hat alles an Ausstattung, was man sich so wünscht. Auf der schönen Terasse konnten wir uns stundenlang aufhalten, während die Kinder im großen Garten spielten. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage um Tagesausflüge zu machen. Und da man auf einer Insel ist, fährt man dann auch jedes Mal mit der kostenfreien Autofähre, worüber sich besonders unsere Kinder freuten. Dank des guten Wetters haben wir uns dann doch häufiger dazu entschlossen das Auto stehen zu lassen um eine Badestelle aufzusuchen. Für uns war dies einer der schönsten Familienurlaube. Alle kamen vollkommen entspannt wieder nach Hause. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls besonders nett. Auch kleinere Fragen wurde schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Es wird sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus gewesen sein. Liebe Grüße

Sehr schoenes Haus. Man merkt, dass es von den Vermietern selbst benutzt wird. Alles wird sorgsam auf dem Stand gehalten. Ich war im Winter da und die Temperatur war ok bis -4°. Darunter wird es langsam kalt. Es ist mehr ein Sommerhaus.

Allt var jättebra, välskött stuga och tomt. Trevlig inredning och med ett fint läge, lite skyddat med trevlig omgivning. Värt att komma tillbaka till!

My parents bought the cottage in 1970, and I've experienced fantastic summers and weekends there. My wife and I are now taking care of the house since a couple of years ago. In order to upgrade it to modern standards we decided to refurbish most of it in 2016. We spend several weekends and a couple of weeks each summer in this paradise.

Why they chose this property

The Bohuslän archipelago is simply fantastic, and is outperforming everything we experience when in e.g. the Mediterrean or at the Atlantic coast. The cottage is just what we need to relax from a busy city life.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to the sea and its activities is something we highly appreciate. We love trailrunning and kayaking which are excellent things to do here. In fact you can easily rent kayaks 10min away. But also the convenient location, the picturesque villages close by makes for perfect daytrips. There are some really nice restaurants and also great shopping in the nearby fishing villages. Or why not just by some fresh fish and bring back to the barbeque.
