Luxury Apartment in Albufeira, Encosta Da Orada, Central Algarve, Portugal - Tranquil Location, 10 Minutes Walk to Marina & The Old Town Centre and Beach.
With stunning views of the sea and marina our luxury apartment is in a perfect location for a holiday in the Algarve. A luxurious and comfortable, secure two bedroom apartment in an exclusive and sought after location above the old town of Albufeira in a perfect tranquil setting within beautiful landscaped gardens. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double room with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, both rooms have full length windows with pool views and built in wardrobes.
Sea and marina views are from the lounge and front balcony. Views of the two fabulous swimming pools with a cascading waterfall feature from the kitchen balcony and both bedrooms. Albufeira old town and fisherman's beach is a pleasant 10 min stroll where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The marina where you can take boat trips or just enjoy the waterside cafés is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment has large furnished balconies and superior quality finishing, located within a secure gated condominium and enjoying the benefits of cool basement parking. It features fully equipped Danish kitchens complete with Zanussi appliances and granite worktops. All patio doors and windows have electrically operated thermo-lacquered aluminium shutters. There are waterparks and several golf courses close by and 7 more beaches within 5 mins drive.

As from 21st May 2024, There is a tourist tax applied by the Albufeira Camara (Council) of 2€ per night per guest for guests aged 13 years and over. This is for a maximum of 7 nights, So if you stay for 10 nights you will only be taxed for 7 nights. So each guest aged 13 and over will pay 14€.

Pools open 8h-22h. No Glass. No parties. Stay quiet 10pm - 8am. This is a condominium rule and guests not adhering to this rule could be fined 200€

There is no reception. Check in is available 15:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 24:00 there is a 40€ Late Check In Fee. No Check In possble after 24:00.

A call out fee of £25 applies. If the call out is due to the guest, lost keys, not operating equipment correctly, then the charge will be passed on.

Encosta Ocean View is a true 2 bedroom apartment of 102 sq metres. It has panoramic ocean views which cannot be beaten. Our ocean view balcony is not overlooked and enjoys the sun most of the day. If it gets too hot our pool view balcony benefits from shade.
