*Iris & Espera Beach Front Residences, is part of Kimata BeachFront Retreats, an iconic complex which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex.

Each Residence boast a 100m² private outdoor space that delivers direct access to the beach—imagine opening the gate and stepping onto golden sands. The private pools of each Villa (6x3m, 1.2m depth, non-heated) are perfectly positioned to gaze out over the water, with elegant sun loungers ideal for sunbathing or reading to the sound of the waves. Prepare a Cretan feast in the charcoal BBQ and enjoy al fresco meals under the linen-shaded dining area. The beachfront decks offer mesmerising sunset views—a front-row seat to nature’s most beautiful show.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Designed across one single-level layout, each 145m² residence offers convenience and comfort in equal measure. With an open-plan design and abundant natural light, the interiors blend modern comfort with coastal aesthetics.

Iris Residence : Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, plus one extra guest on a folding bed upon request, Iris Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

Espera Residence: Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, the Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together.

The maximum capacity of both Villas together is 13 guests.

- Taxi and Minivan private Transfers can be arranged from and to the airport of your choice, as well as for any other destination of your preference (with extra charge).
- Babysitting service can also be scheduled, either by hour or by the day.
- Luggage storage is available for our guests, in case of early arrival or late departure, free of charge.
- Dry cleaning service (with extra charge)
- Daily breakfast and Private chef menus can be provided upon request (with extra charge)
