The interior of this Studio Apartment with four stars has been just recently, in 2019., decorated in modern stile, and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, perfect for two or three persons.
Studio is completely equipped with new furniture, LED lights and flatscreen Smart TV with great choice of satelite channels.
Bright and sunny space, situated on the first floor of the residential and business building.

The studio is placed in the center of the town, near the main street, but completely out of rush, crowd, very peaceful, good for the rest, but near of restaurants, caffe bars, nightclubs, theaters.
Aspalathos Center is 600 metres from shopping street Marmontova, and 500 metres from UNESCO protected Diocletian's Palace. The Main Bus Station with the Ferry Port is 900 metres away. Split Airport is 12 km from the property.

This fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) studio comes with kitchen, equipped with only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle and coffee machine, a dining table, double bed, a sofa where you can sleep.
The bright bathroom provide a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror, and a toilet.
The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine, also has a hairdryer.
Towels and linen are included in the rate.
There is also a wall safe in which you can store your precious belongings.
There is a public parking in front of the house.
