Cozy attic located in the historic center of the city of Avola, it consists of an entrance with staircase leading to the first floor, living room-kitchen-dining room, large bedroom with a double bed and two singles and a bathroom. A few meters from the beautiful central square, it is located in an area widely served by many commercial activities and services. The rooms are air conditioned and welcoming, the kitchen includes everything necessary (cookware, dishes etc.) and the delivery of everything necessary for the stay (sheets, towels etc.) is provided. The main beautiful seaside resorts are located about a kilometer while the lakes of Cava Grande (extremely beautiful landscape area) are 7 kilometers away.
