We were a group of adults from the USA who travelled to Martinsicuro for a family wedding. Beautifully renovated property. Everything is new. Very convenient, short walk to the beach, shops, town square, cafes and restaurants. We felt very safe, the apartment is in a nice neighborhood.The gated entrance and main door to building are locked with a key pad required for entry. Street parking was easy and available. Modern, recently updated kitchen with needed pots and pans and dishwasher. All appliances functional. Washing machine in unit. Many extras provided such as detergent, shampoo, coffee. We would recommend calling if you require more than 2 bedrooms to better understand the layout of the building. There are 3 separate apartments but they can be connected. Hosts were kind and helpful. We would recommend this property .

La vacanza ideale!

Giuseppe e Patrizia offrono un'esperienza estremamente piacevole. La comunicazione è ottima e chiara, l'appartamento a nostra disposizione pulitissimo, nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort, compresa una terrazza bellissima. Soggiornare presso la loro struttura è ideale per chi desidera un accesso comodo alla spiaggia e al lungomare. Ma è in una posizione tale che in pochi minuti ci si riesce a spostare lungo la riviera abruzzese. L'ospitalità degli host è stato il plus a una vacanza felice e serena, in cui ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Devo menzionare anche il giardino curatissimo, dotato di arredi e più postazioni in cui pranzare o passare la serata. Ottimo anche il servizio spiaggia che affaccia in un mare trasparente, ottimo anche per chi ha bambini piccoli. Ci torneremo alla prima occasione.

Vacanza estiva

Siamo stati ospiti nella casa di Patrizia e Giuseppe per due settimane dal 10 al 24 agosto e non posso far altro che consigliarla. Casa ristrutturata da pochissimo sia internamente che esternamente, pulita, elettrodomestici nuovi e di ultima generazione, bel balcone ampio dove si riesce anche a mangiare. Il giardino è uno spazio comune ben curato e con diverse aree. Ci siamo sentiti accolti da Giuseppe e dalla sua famiglia sin dal primo momento, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronti in caso di bisogno o domande. Comoda anche la posizione, in un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia, il lungomare o il centro paese con i vari servizi. Ci auguriamo di poter tornare in futuro in vacanza a Martinsicuro e da loro.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir werden uns sicher wiedersehen. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sauber, stillvoll eingerichtet, voll klimatisierte Apartments, Strand 🏝️ ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar man hat alles was man für erholsame Ferien braucht.

Wohnung entsprach der Angebotsbeschreibung, die geringe Entfernung zum Strand war ideal.
