This property is officially certified as rual home. With a length of nearly two centuries, the house was occupied by farmers after the economic depression of the mid-twentieth century, emigrated looking for better luck. The current owner restored the home buying and preserving both the original structure and the architectural style of the place.

Fine casa with excellent views in a small village

The casa is well-equiped, has a good bed and a big terrace. Hermiqua is a nice village near the sea with some supermarkets and a gas-station. I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was well organized.

Recommended apartment- for sure

Everything went super smooth from booking, check-in to check out. Very nice hosts, well organized. The apartment is very well located in Hermigua and it is just a little but beautiful walk to the next supermarket and bar. Highly recommended for hiking and relaxing in a quiet atmosphere with a "local" feeling. The apartment is clean and has everything guests need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is cosy and neat. The bathroom big and the kitchen comes with a big dining table. We did not use insides much as the terrace comes with a wonderful view and sunshine from late morning on. Also very spacious and well designed with outdoor seating and BBQ. We had a very good stay and thanks to the hosts for organizing so well.

Romantisches Casa rural

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit viel Atmosphäre.bezaubernde SüdTerrasse mit Talblick und ausreichend Schatten. Einfache, aber sehr zweckmäßige und liebevolle Ausstattung. Nachts ist es am Wochenende von der anderen Barranco Seite her partymässig etwas laut. Sonst nur Frösche, Hähne, Katzen und Hunde zu hören. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Schöne Unterkunft in Hermigua mit Blick auf den Ort und die Berge

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die überdachte Terrasse ist auch im Winter toll nutzbar. Ausstattung ist gut, in der Küche wäre ein scharfes Messer und ein großer Espressokocher schön. Ansonsten ist alles da. In den Ort selbst ist es nicht weit, wo es alles gibt, Restaurants und Läden. Gegend ist wirklich wunderbar. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here! Great property for two people, really well-equipped kitchen and we loved having use of a bbq. The highlight is the terrace and views - just stunning. Ideal location, hikes from the house and it’s a 3-4 min drive to the supermarket (or you could walk). Elena’s instructions and directions were great, it was all very smooth and she was flexible with timings. Highly recommend!

Gemütliches Häuschen mit herrlicher Terasse

Das Häuschen liegt im Tal von Hermigua mit Blick ins Tal hinein. Man kann zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten Restaurants und einen Supermarkt erreichen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, wir haben es sehr genossen, dort gemütlich zu sitzen und in die Berge hinauf zu blicken. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und regionale Produkte. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Für zwei Personen können wir den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlen mitten im Tal

Nettes kleines Haus, genau richtig für zwei Personen. Schöner Blick ins Tal und zum Meer (von einer Ecke der Terrasse). Das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, daher gibt es einen kurzen Weg mit Stufen, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist. Zu Fuß kann man die Restaurants im Tal gut erreichen, wenn man den Weg nicht scheut. Die Lampe an der Terrasse ist das abendliche Gecko Jagdgebiet.

The outdoor space was fantastic with a beautiful balcony overlooking a spectacular valley where you can watch the sunset behind the mountains each night. The house lives up to its name & is cosy & comfortable with everything we needed for our stay & some added extras to welcome you when you arrive. The house was easy to find thanks to the excellent directions provided by Elena & is a great location for access to a multitude of walks & the national park. Really enjoyed our holidat in La Gomera & our stay in this house.

Wunderschönes Haus in Hermigua!

Gelegen zwischen dem Meer, Bananen, der Stadt und den Bergen! Wunderschöner Blick mit herrlicher Ruhe, die Terrasse ist der Hammer und einen Grill gibt es auch. Die Küche ist fabelhaft ausgestattet und ansonsten ist auch alles vorhanden (Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, viele Handtücher und Decken...) Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Mails. In der Unterkunft liegen einige Wanderkarten und Bücher zum ausleihen. In nur 10 min Fußweg ging es zur leckersten Bar- Bar Pedro-sehr zu empfehlen (und auch zum Spar Supermarkt oder zur Tankstelle). Wir würden wieder kommen!
