'Le Rossignol' - Three bedroom stone cottage - Marais Poitevin

Le Rossignol is one of four beautifully restored 18th century stone gîtes at 'Belle Vue', arranged around a central courtyard.

This cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. It has a beautiful light and airy living area with exposed stone walls and oak beams, part of the original farm buildings. Its fully fitted kitchen area has a large range of units, gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher plus electric kettle, and toaster. There is a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite washroom and toilet. The shower room is also on the ground floor. Upstairs is a second double bedroom and a large twin bedroom, both with stone walls and exposed beams.

There is British Free view TV, WiFi on site, and a DVD player.

'Belle Vue' has a large sun terrace with a 12x5m heated swimming pool (shared between the 4 gites onsite) and an 8 person jacuzzi, fully fenced for your safety. The garden has plenty of space to relax and play, plus we have a large selection of bikes for your free use.
Vendée is renowned for its cycle tracks and there are several close by. There is also a canal 100 metres away ideal for fishing.

Our micro-climate makes this area one of the sunniest parts of France, and is therefore suitable for holidays at any time of the year.

The gîte has an official 3* rating from the French Tourist Office.

Please note that bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, but can be provided as an optional service if required.
