Cozy house with garden and private pool in a quiet area and just 10 minutes from the beach, withdirect access to the terrace from the dining room making practically an entire room open from its large window.It has also a magnificent barbecue and two car spaces , as well as an independent room adjoining the house for more privacy.
.With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala can surely offer a corner that suits the tastes of any swimmer. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Some are the starting point of channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or a particular interest in scuba diving, without forgetting unique characteristics such as swimming or sunbathing alongside more two thousand years of Greek history.
