The Bermudas apartments are for many the best beach apartments. Facing the sea, you will enjoy dream-like sunrises. We have panoramic views from Denia to Cullera and direct access to the beach sand. Between the sand and the apartments, there is a pedestrian walkway, so there is no car traffic or noise. The terrace is glazed but can be fully opened and you can be in the terrace living room.

The apartments have been completely renovated and decorated by a designer who has given them a very special touch.



The brand new complex features an infinity pool, solarium, tennis and paddle courts.



The Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services throughout the year.

If you want to enjoy water sports in the sea, during the summer season you have a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment. At the school you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, and PaddleSurf classes.

You can also learn sailing at the Gandia sailing club in the nautical club area of Gandia beach.

But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a fully renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach offers a municipal service). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach shore, which has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

The view from the apartment is magnificent. Even better than on the photo's on the site. The apartment itself was very clean, light, spacious en well-equipped. The only thing missing was a airconditioning, but the owner Gregorio was very nice and brought us a ventilator. We loved our stay there and hope to come back in the near future.

Championship stay

Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location. Although it was November and mostly closed it was an amazing opportunity to explore. This place has everything you need for a home from home holiday. Our host Gregorio was extremely helpful from start to end (especially when we locked ourselves out without our airline bag he was straight to the rescue). We can´t wait to return in the summer when gandia will come alive. Very highly recommend this very clean safe beautiful apartment. We couldn´t figure out the tv/extension to find some channels for late at night so maybe a little welcome booklet as to brief instructions. A party from that everything was perfect.

Enjoyable family holiday at Bermudas 7

We were looking forward to spending 10 days at the Bermudas 7 apartment in June 2012 based on the impressive photographs and we weren't disappointed! The views from the apartment were breathtaking and the location was very good - close to shops and restaurants, but at the quieter end of the beach.  The pool area was immaculate and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves on a number of occasions.  The apartment was well equipped and very clean and tidy when we arrived.  Gregorio was very welcoming and gave us all the useful information we needed.  Having free Wi-Fi was a definite bonus for those of us who didn't want to miss all the action from home!  The only negative aspect was having no air-conditioning as we did get a little uncomfortable when the temperature exceeded 30°C, however there’s a large air cooler in the apartment that we made good use of.  All in all we thought the apartment offers great value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Gregorio Y Pablo ChinchillaAugust 2024 El apartamento es perfecto, no solo por lo bonito que es y las vistas tan espectaculares, sino también por los servicios que ofrece, con tres amplias habitaciones, dos baños completos, gran menaje de cocina, una amplia plaza de garaje, piscina y aire acondicionado que funciona de maravilla. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que directamente sales del edificio a las tablas de la playa y, aunque está en una zona tranquila, tienes todos los servicios necesarios a tu alrededor (supermercado, tiendas varias, heladerías, restaurantes...) Además, los anfitriones están pendientes de que durante tu estancia estés como en tu casa, ofreciendo su ayuda por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Sólo mejoraría por colchones más cómodos, más almohadas viscoelásticas y que el aire se pudiera regular por habitaciones.

Schöne, große Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wohnung ist wunderbar, drei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett, zwei mit Einzelbetten. Zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne. Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung (Nespresso-Kapsel-Maschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, viel Geschirr und Besteck - nur kein Toaster). Klimaanlage wärmt innerhalb von wenigen Minuten die gesamte Wohnung (Winter über Neujahr gebucht), eigener Stellplatz/Garage mit Einkaufswagen, die an den Ausgängen zur Verfügung standen. Das Einzige, was man erwähnen muss, ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wenn in der Wohnung ein Stockwerk unten, oben oder zur Seite weitere Nachbarn sind, muss man weghören können. Das allerbeste an der Wohnung ist der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer, Sonnenaufgang zur rechten und die Nähe zu dem seichten Meer - leider im Dezember/Januar etwas zu kalt zum Schwimmen… ja, sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent Apartment let down by poor maintenance

Arrival was difficult, all Agency needed to do was communicate that they were not open after 1pm on a Saturday, and we would have understood, however they did not Communicate this at all, when we got to the Apartment it took 20 minutes to open the outside door, the on site Caretaker thinking it was OK tell us that it might be fixed on Tuesday, the general maintenance off the site is very poor, with dangerous structures left in precarious states, outside bins are left unemptied, and the caretakers attitude to clients is disgraceful, walking away when we are in the process of entering by the main gate, the Agency were very good when we locked ourselves out of our Apartment and got us in very quickly The Apartment is stunning, the location is ideal, let down by the poor attitude of complacent maintenance people, who clearly are not managed

Maravilloso: Las vistas al mar, La cristalera abatible, El garaje cubierto y cerrado, El acceso rápido al parking, La atención del personal (en nuestro caso, el Sr. Gregorio), La cocina completamente equipada y todos los detalles nos dejaron incluso pastillas para el lavavajillas, estas cosas en alojamientos de vacaciones se agradecen un montón. Super Lage Direkt am Super Strand. Schöne Promenade. und langer sauberer Sandstrand. Sehr Schöne Wohnung. Ganz Nette Vermieter. Das man Tiefgaragenplatz extra bezahlen muss gehört eigentlich zur Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

We spent our holiday in Playa de Gandia on two weeks and we were very glad about this holiday apartment. Apartment was very clean and there was everything you need. The beautiful view of the sea from the balcony was especially for Finnish mind. The landlord was very helpful already before we arrived and he came to pick us when we arrived to Playa de Gandia. We can warmly recommend this landlord and apartment for everyone. We would also recommend restaurant Cuick´s in Playa de Gandia.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, mehr Meerblick gibt es nicht!

Wir waren in der Karwoche in Gandia, wieder in einer Wohnung von Gregorio und Alicia. Wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, gerade in der noch kuehleren Jahreszeit profitiert man vollstens von dem unglaublichen Meerblick vom Ess- und Wohnzimmer aus und von der guten Ausstattung der Wohnung. Sonnenaufgaenge koennen beobachtet werden und wir haben dieses Mal sogar den Mond aus dem Meer aufgehen sehen. Mit zwei Familien kann man sich die Wohnung wunderbar teilen. Die Kinder koennen sich gut in dem grossen Wohnzimmer ausbreiten. Durch die totale Strandnaehe ist man schnell wieder in der Wohnung, um Vergessenes oder einen Snack an den Strand zu holen. Es gibt eine normale Kaffeemaschine und eine Herdkanne, mit der man leckeren, spanischen Kaffee kochen kann. Baecker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind sofort um die Ecke. Wenn wir wieder nach Gandia kommen, buchen wir bei Alicia und Gregorio. Uebrigens sind die Prozessionen am Karfreitag und Ostersonntag ein absolutes Highlight. Unsere Kinder haben 3 Stunden lang zugesehen. Ok, mag auch an den Bonbons liegen, die von den vermummten Bruderschaften waehrenddessen verteilt werden.

Apartamentos Bermudas, una opción excelente

Este pasado fin de semana de mayo hemos estado en el apartamento Bermudas y debo recomendarlo encarecidamente a todo el mundo. La realidad se corresponde perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Se encuentra en primerísima línea de playa y las vistas desde el salón y el dormitorio principal son impresionantes. Es muy espacioso, luminoso y totalmente renovado. Además, la decoración está muy cuidada y con mucho gusto. En cuanto a la equipación de la cocina,menaje, cuartos de baño, ropa de cama, etc. es muy muy completa. Así mismo destaca su limpieza y orden. Las instalaciones extras con las que cuenta el edificio, piscina, pistas de tenis, son también muy nuevas, espaciosas y para disfrutar. Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. Altamente recomendable

APARTAMENTO BERMUDAS

Apartamento ideal. El salon es enorme y tiene unas vistas maravillosas, las habitaciones estan muy bien con buenas camas y armarios, los baños muy nuevos y limpios y una maravilla de cocina con todo lo necesario. Para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en un gran alojamiento, con una playa grande y una gran variedad de actividades de ocio (chiringuitos, restaurantes, discotecas, mini-golf...), unas zonas comunes muy cuidadas (gran piscina, pistas de tenis y paddel) , solo te hara falta tu maleta."
