The environment is quiet and yet near activities: 6 minutes drive to the Binic city center with its bars, restaurants and entertainment, 8 minutes to go to the mall.
House ground floor (just a room on the floor), the ground floor includes a living space of 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven ...) overlooking the living room . You can eat with the family around the large table or an aperitif in the lounge. The latter is equipped with a screen of 107 cm (with Canal +, sports bein ...). The wifi is provided of course.
