Welcome to Can Pere!

A beautiful five bedroom holiday villa in Es Cubells, a typical Ibizan town on the southern coast. The Mediterranean villa enjoys wide open interior spaces with air conditioning and an alarm system surrounded by pine trees and splendid, seaviews. With a capacity for 10 guests, the house has different levels and several outdoor living spaces such as the summer dining room, the solarium, the swimming pool, the chill-out area and various terraces to enjoy with uninterrupted ocean views.
The space
There are two master bedrooms, and two additional bedrooms

1.The first master bedroom has a living room with fireplace, Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, dressing room and access to a private terrace.

2. The second master bedroom has a living room with fireplace, Queen bed and connects to a children's bedroom with a bathroom to share with a bathtub and access to their private terrace.

3. The children's bedroom has two single beds. Due to the communication it has with the second master bedroom (number 2), it is an ideal space for a family with children enjoying privacy and space.

4.The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom en-suite, fireplace plus pool access.

5. The fifth bedroom has two single beds, bathroom en-suite, laundry area, and garden access.

The villa is absolutely stunning topped off by the great views. The local supermarket & restaurant were ideally located and really handy. Communication with the host Thomas was excellent and the check in process was quick and easy. We had one slight problem with one of the A.C units but it was fixed the same day. Ideally would hire a car as the location is a bit off the beaten track and access up/down the hill to the villa is a strong walk…. A few taxis we ordered refused to drive up the hill from the main road but it’s only about 400mWould definitely stay here again.

Fantastic villa for my birthday celebrations

Ten of us stayed at this villa for a joint 40th birthday celebration and it was just the perfect location! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a truly Ibizan property decorated with some traditional furniture and a bit of Ibizan hippie vibes. Super cute! And the views are just incredible towards the sea and the surrounding hills. Also lovely to have several terraces/outside areas where we could hang out throughout the day and the infinity pool was the cherry on top of the cake. The communication about the rental was always fast and very professional which made for a smooth experience. They seem to be a small property management company which helped as they also had contacts for transfer services which was helpful during the peak times at night when it can take a long time to get a taxi. We only have two recommendations for improvement which is to have a better aircon system across all rooms which wasn’t the case and to have a lot more tea towels. One tea towel for the whole time is simply not enough and gets actually really annoying when we are trying to keep things clean as we go along. Still it definitely deserves 5 stars and we were just sorry not to have stayed for more days.

Amazing views

Group of 9, three families, lots of space for everyone. A little rustic, hippy vibe. Pictures don’t do the views justice, they are truly stunning from the terraces and rooftop. Great pool, and unique grounds. Don’t expect a modern, glam Villa, this is earthy and quirky but all the better for it. Location is wonderful and has great supermarket in walking distance. Need a car to venture any further. Classically Ibizan, we loved it

Tranquil fun
