This 2-story loft family condominium is tastefully done yet budget-priced. The 1st floor features a kitchenette, 1 full bath, an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a DVD/monitor & sliding glass doors leading to a private outdoor balcony. The upstairs loft features two trundle beds, and this monitored family vacation condo will collectively sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions.
