For rent comfortable house, maximum 5 people, less than a kilometer from all shops and the seaside, bright, south facing with unlimited internet access.

The ground floor includes a living room (television with SFR TV, Being sport channels as well as a DVD home cinema), a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a scullery with dryer and freezer, the toilet, a bedroom with double bed (160/200) and its private bathroom (television with TNT reception), a veranda with a dining area and a summer lounge, a large private garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture and a large garage (parking possible). You can also park your car either in the interior courtyard or in the parking lot in front of the house.

The upper floor is made up of 2 bedrooms with double beds (140/190), one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with tub and separate toilet.



All household linen is provided (sheets and towels). Rental from Saturday afternoon 4 p.m. to Saturday morning 10 a.m.

The house was absolutely amazing perfect for us, our Sons aged 18 & 21 and our 2 Shih Tzu’s . We enjoyed all the space and the garden and enjoyed cooking on the gas bbq . It was perfect. The owner was very nice and very friendly and very helpful too Thankyou

Sehr schönes Haus in Erquy

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem voll ausgestatteten schönen Haus. Es ist wirklich alles da und der Garten, die Terrasse und vor allem der Wintergarten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit Fahrrädern ist man schnell im Zentrum von dem wirklich sehr schönen ruhigen Ort Erquy, der viele tolle Strände und eine super Natur bietet. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und kümmert sich einfach um alles. Die Kommunikation war die ganze Zeit super unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in seinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe propriété au calme, vacances formidables !!!

Habitué à la Bretagne depuis bien longtemps, j’ai loué une vingtaine d’habitations et celle-ci est assurément dans mon top 2 ! Magnifique propriété dans 1 clos très calme tout en ayant des magasins (dont 1 gde surface) à 2 min en voiture maximum. La maison est très spacieuse, propre, luxueuse même et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le jardin est à la hauteur du reste, et dispose, tout comme à l’intérieur de l’habitation, de très nombreux mobiliers où s’assoir, se coucher, bref se détendre. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et n’a pas hésité à nous rejoindre rapidement lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui pour 1 petit souci auquel il a immédiatement remédié. Je ne sais que rajouter tant cette location était vraiment parfaite à tout point de vue si ce n’est remercier à nouveau Mr Mordel et vous recommander cette fabuleuse propriété !

une très jolie maison, très bien équipée

nos avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison, bien équipée, bien entretenue, très bien agencée, qui permets à famille de partager de bons moments mais aussi de pouvoir avoir des espaces de tranquillité, sur la terrasse, dans la véranda, dans le salon, dans le jardin.... Eptre ensembe sans se marcher dessus.!!!! Un accueil avec des propriétaires absolument charmants et d'une grande gentillesse..... La maison se trouve au fond d'une impasse, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, aucun bruit à part e chant des oiseaux ..... des commerces (boulangerie, biscuiterie, Super U) tout proches.....Aucun problème pour farer nos voitures dans la rue et/ou dans la cour Une très joli jardin clôturé, arboré, fleuri et très bien entretenu.... un espace barbecue génial dont on a profité et abusé!!!! les équipements (linge, vaisselle, marmites pour cuire les crabes, araignées (elles ont bien servi !!!!) en quantité au delà des espérances.... Une très belle terrasse , bien équipée en table, salon de jardin, grand parasol qui permet des déjeuneers en terrasse bien sympatoches..... Bref, un super séjour !!! Merci à Gilles et à sa maman de leur accueil chaleureux et bienveillants !!! Je recommande à 200% !!!

Fijne woning

Mooi huis met genoeg ruimte voor 8 personen en een grote tuin. Voor lange personen zijn de bedden wat kort (190 cm) en de slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden is eigenlijk meer voor kinderen bestemd. Maar was op zich niet echt een probleem voor ons. In de advertentie staat dat er 3 fietsen ter beschikking zijn maar dat is niet zo. Het huis is wel van alle gemakken voorzien en echt alles is aanwezig. De tuin is ook mooi en groot.De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk , attent en behulpzaam. De afstand naar het dorp, winkels en strand zijn ongeveer 1 km. Het weer tijdens ons verblijf viel wat tegen en daarom was het fijn om zoveel ruimte te hebben. De omgeving is uiterst geschikt voor fietsen en wandelen.

Propriété conforme aux photos présentes sur le site. Véranda très agréable, nous avons pu également pu profiter de la terrasse. Le quartier est calme et on peut descendre au port à pieds. Très bon accueil de notre hôte, disponible si besoin.

Ein gut gelegenes sauberes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Garten. Es ist alles sehr funktionell und gut bedienbar. Auch mit Haustier kein Problem. Die Nachbarn sind easy going. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und kümmert sich. Empfehlenswert!

Een comfortabele en luxe woning

Wij hebben met onze vriendengroep een gezellige week doorgebracht in het comfortabele en luxe huis. Het huis is compleet ingericht en ligt in een rustige wijk. Er is veel te voet te bereiken, zoals het dorp, het strand, de boulevard met restaurantjes. Een grote supermarkt is ook dichtbij. Met de auto zijn grotere plaatsen zoals St. Malo en St. Brieuc binnen een uur aan te rijden. Fam. Robart september 2017

Excellent séjour en Bretagne

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la maison est parfaite : spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la véranda. De plus, cette maison est très bien située, dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et de la mer. Nous pensons y revenir et recommandons sans aucune réserve cette location.
