The house is about 100 square meters with three levels and is part of a complex of 3 maisonettes and 3 apartments, named "White Blue". Entering you will find the spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one of the two bathrooms of the house. On the mezzanine floor is the master bedroom with the double bed. At the lower level you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, the second bathroom. From the living room you can go out on the balcony with the relaxing view while the pool is approached via few steps.

YOUR STAY
During your stay, we ask that you comply with the following accommodation rules:
• External Visitors: It is not permitted to have external visitors in the accommodation and overnight visitors are not allowed. Accommodation is private, only for its guests.
• Noise: All guests are asked to respect the other guests and nearby residents.
• Animals & Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the houses and apartments. Smoking is permitted only at outdoor areas.
• Pool Hours: You can use the pool between 8:30 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 22:00, for self cleaning and respect of the siesta time of Greek law), And for safety reasons, the use of any inflatables, balls, full face masks and snorkels in the pool, are not allowed.
• Basketball Hours: You can play basketball 10:00 – 14:00 and 18:00 – 20:00
• Security: Specific outdoor area zones are protected by surveillance cameras for security reasons. Ensuring compliance with the obligations of regulation (EU) 2016/679. (GDPR)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The area is not suitable for children under 4 years old.
