Flat located in a Charming Stone House, fully restored in mid-2016, next to the “Casa da Musica” and the metro station. The flat is very quiet, has a nice and private 70m2 garden, comfortable beds, a living room with sofa, AC, cable TV and WiFi, a fully equipped large kitchen and a barbecue. The neighborhood offers all kind of services: cafes, restaurants, laundry, banks and supermarkets.
Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

The apartment is very quiet and cozy, has an elegant bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, cable TV and WiFi, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker and full-service of dishes and cooking utensils.

The second bedroom is located in a small building at the back of the garden, with a double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom.

The private garden, about 70m2, has a seating area with a deck, two tables and 8 chairs, outdoor lighting, a barbecue (of free use) and a natural grass.

first time in Porto

Unfortunately lots of rain and cold weather prevented us from benefiting from the lovely garden area. Short walk to metro and we discovered the shortcut

Disappointing in response to issues in Porto accommodation.

Disappointed in our rooms, because in one bathroom the shower had a door that was not attached. The second bathroom had a toilet that didn’t flush. The back door to the main unit didn’t lock or the key was missing to lock it. We asked for a second set of keys and never received them. We asked to have all these problems rectified at check-in and again the next day with no response.

Perfect in every way

My friend and I could not have been happier. We each had our own space. I was in the main house, she was in the guest cottage. Both were comfortable and very clean. I was a bit concerned about checking in with a management company, but that was a blessing because they were full of helpful information. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Our building was safe as is the neighborhood. We were close enough to walk to the water. I liked having a patio and green space. Birds and cats would visit in the morning. Communicating with Sandro was easy. A good bottle of red wine was left in the kitchen. There is a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. So convenient. I highly recommend this property. It is comfortable, quiet, and perfect in every way. Thank you so much. Patricia

Emplacement idéal pour decouvrir Porto

Bel espace pour 4 adultes avec un jardin et une terrasse. A deux pas des transports (propres), des commerces dans un quartier en plein renouveau. Une ville accueillante où l'on se sent bien tout de suite. Propriétaire à l'écoute et une conciergerie disponible si besoin. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Outside space was wonderful to have.

Since our stay was so long, 10 days...it would have been nice to have extra necessities provided. Bathroom roll, extra dish towel and sponge, trash bags. We cooked a lot so washed a lot.. we left a few things for future renters. But overall we thoroughly loved our visit and intend to come back.

Propreté plus que douteuse de l’appartement, des draps, de la vaisselle, des éléments de cuisine ; Photos de la location ne correspondent plus à l’état actuel et réel du bien ; Des éléments de mobilier cassés comme les poignées de portes de douche ; Des joints des deux salles de douche noirs de moisissure ; Climatisation dégageant une mauvaise odeur donc inutilisable ; Fuite sous la douche de la salle du logement principal lorsqu’une douche est prise ; La politesse et les excuses du propriétaire n’effacent ni la réalité des faits, ni le ratio élevé du tarif payé vu l’état de la location !!!!! Les photos sont trompeuses et mensongères, le client ne loue pas le bien presenté !!!!

Appartement très agréable

Cet appartement original avec son jardin et sa 2ème chambre au fond de celui-ci. La proximité du métro et des bus est un de ses atouts. Il est lumineux, équipé suffisamment pour un séjour de quelques jours. Pour les amateurs de musique classique, il est incontournable, avec la programmation de la Casa da Musica ä 300 m ( 4 nuits, deux concerts d'interprètes mondialement reconnus ! ). Si nous revenons à Porto, nous le louerons de nouveau.
