About this property

Stunning uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc, in the heart of central Chamonix.

We are located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Central Chamonix, an easy 5 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent slopes and only 5 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region.

From the front bedrooms and living room there are magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aguille Du Midi. The patio garden is an ideal place to enjoy an apres ski drink and in good weather sit and soak up the sun.

3 twin double rooms with ample storage. The apartment is a mix of traditional timber and modern decor interior/Modern Décor and all the essential creature comforts. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, modern bathroom and 2nd WC. The Living room & Dining room are open plan with an L shaped sofa 45 inch LED TV with Netflix, Free WI-FI, DVD player (selection of DVD's) and table and chairs to seat 6. We have a secure ski Locker, boot storage.

Chamonix is a charming picturesque town surrounded by the spectacular mountains of the French Alps and Europes highest Montain - Mont Blanc. The Chamonix valley has a worldwide reputation for its winter sports that is second to none.
Summer in Chamonix is just as exciting as the region is a world renowned centre for climbing, walking and many other outdoor activities ideal for everyone, whether you are seeking relaxation or exhilaration and excitement
The town itself has many shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.

The location of this place is perfect for accessing buses, trains, lifts and gondolas, shops, restaurants and a small supermarket. There's no need to rent a car when you stay here. The view from our patio was priceless. You look straight up to the Mont Blanc mountain range. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms looked newly renovated and the kitchen had everything you need. We were very happy with our stay here.

Tasha, the host, was friendly and prompt in replying to any questions about the property. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and remodeled kitchen. Enjoyed the wonderful view of Mt Blanc and other mountains as we ate meals at the small table in front of the building. Wonderful location, easy walking distance to pedestrian-only main streets of Chamonix and grocery store.. Building is in very quiet residential area, so it was very peaceful 5 night stay.

Stunningly located within an easy walk to Chamonix Centre , quiet and with superb views of the Alps and Mont Blanc high above the valley.Excellent communication from the host, Tasha. The local agents, APEX, were on hand for any minor wrinkles and easily available. Kitchen had excellent equipment and easy to work in. Plenty of surfaces. With a large and very smart bathroom, plus a second toilet and basin, it was very suitable for a family of 5. We mostly ate at home, sometimes in but mostly out, on the chairs and table set for the purpose.Tourist office helped us decide to visit "Mer de Glace" and the cable-car up to Brevent - both highly recommended.We had a great time. Perfect Location!

Great place and great location! Walkable from the Sud bus station and to the Main Street restaurants, the Mont Blanc Lift and the Mere de Glacé train. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

What a wonderful stay in Chamonix for 3 college aged girls who wanted a quick winter wonderland break! The location was absolutely so convenient and tucked in a good corner that gives us privacy. Though, it’s tough to lug up a thick suitcase the hill from the bus station if that’s how you came! Tasha was such a caring and steadfast host that attended to all questions and concerns in a timely manner and followed up respectfully. I dream of coming back to Chamonix again, half to stay at Tasha’s place.

Great apartment in a central location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as listed. Great shower with plenty of hot water - perfect after a day on the slopes. Everything in town less than 5 mins walk away. We would definitely recommend this property.

This is a little gem just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The host is 10/10 for communication and nothing is too much trouble. The chalet is clean, tidy, lovely comfy beds with a modern kitchen and very modern shower room with a shower home fromHome. Vacation in Chamonix

Overall, property was very nice with good central location and walking distance to everything in town. Nice spacious apt and appeared very clean. One bedroom had musty smell. Some beds not very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
