Independent apartment in a villa with garden
Our country house, surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Teramo hills, enjoys a privileged position in the heart of the Teramo province. Mountain, hill, sea, culture and archaeological sites, all within a few kilometers. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday and, at the same time, to know and fall in love with Abruzzo, with the golden beaches of the Teramo coast and the mountains of our Apennines, including the sleeping giant, His Majesty the Great Stone. 5 km from Giulianova and from the other seaside resorts; 20 km from Teramo provincial capital that boasts a great artistic heritage; 35 km from the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. The house is surrounded by extensive land. On the front, a garden with a shady gazebo shafts trees. On the back, a cool porch sheltered from prying eyes where you can relax and have a barbecue. Inside it has a rustic living room with a fireplace. A double room and a room with single beds, both large and cool in the hot summers of Abruzzo. The house has a bathroom with shower.
At only 100 mt. you will find a restaurant with typical Abruzzo cuisine and a park equipped with games for children; a sport fishing lake; an equestrian center for walking and riding school.
