Master bedroom suite with double bed, closet and private bathroom with rain shower. The other bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds with capacity for 4 people, large built-in wardrobe and storage space. In front of this bedroom is the second bathroom also with a rain shower. Being a holiday apartment, in the recent reform we have decided to integrate the kitchen into the living room, to achieve a pleasant and spacious space that encourages living together. The living room consists of a living area with television, another area with dining table and a third area with a double sofa bed. The kitchen consists of all necessary appliances and a separation island with bar. The apartment has a spacious enclosed terrace, with comfortable furniture and overlooking the sea, as do the bedrooms. Next to the kitchen, there is the access door to the other laundry terrace. The apartment has been renovated with love, giving it the best qualities and comforts. It has air conditioning and heating in the living room. The rest of the rooms have heating and fans. It is located in one of the best areas of Fuengirola, less crowded beaches and with restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas nearby. The apartment has 2 parking spaces, one on the surface and one in the garage, internet with free Wi-Fi, 42 "Smart TV, bed linen and towels for personal hygiene are provided. Basic detergents and condiments are supplied in the kitchen. The commuter train stop that connects with the airport and Malaga is 200 meters away.
