Cozy apartment of 50m2 located in a very quiet area in Lloret de Mar (Fenals), around 300m from the beach and 400m from the town centre. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!

3rd floor with elevator

Maximum capacity 5 people.

Part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool, near all services, shops and restaurants. It consists of a living/dining room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven, and toaster), 1 triple bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm bed) + 1 extra bed (80x 170cm and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Youth groups not allowed.

This property is only rented to families.

The apartment has no parking place.

Pets allowed on request and with supplement.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The apartment is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!

Não gostamos do apartamento em si, o apartamento falta utensílios domésticos, coisas básicas para cozinhar, como uma tábua de corte, panos para a louça, ...até o detergente foi econômico, esqueceram que íamos FCAr uma semana, ou acharam que íamos comer só fora. O ap diz que são para 5 pessoas, o que não é verdade. Fora q também caso queira internet tem que pagar, 8 euros cada 24 horas, o que também não faz sentido, pq a noite é para dormir, então pagar p algo q n íamos usar, n valia a pena, ( sei q está no anúncio), mas FCAr sem TV e sem NET, foi mesmo um caos, ainda bem q tínhamos a nossa do telemóvel. Achei chato pq n era verdade.Ter um apartamento no Booking, tem que ter condições, independentemente se a pessoa não usa a cozinha ou não, tem que ter tudo que uma família precisa.Não ficaria neste apartamento novamente.

Appart bien accueil agencé mauvaise

Appart bien, mettre 1 plus grande table sur terrasse. L'agence ne nous montre pas l'appart alors que la clé pour entrer ds la résidence est difficile. On leur se qui va pas dans l'appart il ne nous écoute pas . Manque parking pour se garer cest la galère
