Beautiful, private, spacious villa, located right next to the Exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho, on the road to Costa Azul, just 3 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks from Main Street dining.
Villa Papaya #2 street level unit ,has 1800 square feet of Air Conditioned living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the Las Olas grounds and Jungle.
Villa Papaya#2 have private entrance and private patio, Smart TV with Satellite. Maid Service is included in rental, once per week .
The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing, if you can tear yourself away from the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare are within walking distance from the Villa.

Nice large apartment - wonderful stay

The unit was very nice. Plenty of room. Just a few blocks to restaurants and beach. Communication with the hosts was great! They promptly answered questions and even let us know about local events like a baby sea turtle release!

San Pancho Tropical was perfect!

We had a great stay in San Pancho and we can’t wait to come back! The property was very clean and located close to everything. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. They also shared with us the events that were happening in town during our stay. Everything was wonderful! Lovely spot to enjoy San Pancho

This house was ideally located for us, a short walk to town, yet away from the busyness of town. The golf course and nearby trees provided a provided a perfect spot to watch iguanas and birds from our patio. The home is very spacious and well-equipped, with two master suites. If you love music in the streets, great food and a laid-back atmosphere (kids, dogs and circus performers), San Pancho is a wonderful choice!

Girls’ Trip San Pancho

We planned a last minute trip to San Pancho and were lucky enough to find this property available. It was spacious, clean, private and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to walk to town and the beach. Vicky and Bob were responsive to our questions. The highlight of our trip was when Bob told us there would be a turtle release on the beach close to the house. Such a special experience! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great hosts

We stayed in the property for two weeks Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this property Bob and Vicky were great hosts and if there was any problem( as all houses will have ) it was attended to immediately The house really felt like a home and the cleaner was exceptional And fun to practice my Spanish with .what a kind lady!! ( Elena❤️❤️) We hope to be returning to San Pancho in the spring or next fall and we will definitely be giving this property our first consideration!! Thanks again for the hospitality Also we rented their golf cart , what a blast cruising the streets in silence

We also live here so we will be available if you need us. We have been in the business of vacation rentals for over 17 years.

We choose to buy Villa Esperanza because of it location is close to everything. Just 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to most restaurants. Right next to a private development 'Las Olas'
