Located in the Born area, in the very city centre of Barcelona, you can go anywhere on foot. Just down your apartment you will find various coffee places, restaurants and bars to spend all your free time! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you.

This trendy neighborhood is full of small, unique, local stores that offer something for everyone's taste.
For your groceries we recommend you to visit the local markets and stores, that you can find through the entire neighborhood. The store owners will gladly help you to improve your Spanish and Catalan, just ask them.

If you are a light sleeper, you will be happy to know that this apartment is located in a very quiet, private passage. During the night only neighbors are able to enter this passage

The apartment is located in the first floor. There is no elevator in the building.

It is located on Sant Pere Quarter, one of the oldest parts of town, right between Sant Pere's Church and Palau de la Música Catalana. Very close to two University's Faculties: Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat de Barcelona.

It is located in the great area of El Born, La Rivera and Santa Caterina.

Transportation:
We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!
However, if you come with your private vehicle, there is a paid public parking lot at Santa Caterina Market, which is about 5 minutes walking from the flat.
Nearest Metro station: Urquinaona, 550 meters away
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.
Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 2 kilometers from the building
Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3.0 Kilometers.

Important Comments:
* Airbnb reservations:
- Utility fees are paid separately (via our App), 6€ per day for up to 2 people.
- Damage deposit does not apply.

* Towels:

- Beach towels are not provided.
- Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
We charge a late check-in fee for arrivals after 8pm.

The utility fees are not included in the price. It has a cost of 6€ /day for 1 and 2 people. These fees will be paid directly to the rental agency.

A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.

If the request or reservation does not match the calender of the property, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you.
For this reason, we kindly insist on reconfirming the availability before making the booking.

Extra guest joining the reservation after check-in date has an extra cost of 18€ per day (plus utility fees).

The minimum age of any tenant to stay with EasyFlat is of 25 years old.
The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.

Parties, smoking and making noise after 20h are forbidden.

This is an in-person check-in, coordinated with an agent.

If you happen to be arriving later than 8pm, please note than extra fees apply:

- €30 (20:00–23:59) / €50 (after 00:00)
Fees must be paid in cash to the agent. Otherwise, VAT applies.

You’ll receive a PreCheck-in Form a few days before arrival to provide passport, contact, and arrival time details. Please complete it in advance.

On arrival day, call your agent 30–40 minutes before reaching the apartment. The phone number is in the Guest Portal, accessible via the PreCheck-in Form link.

In the Rental Ninja Guests App, you’ll also find:

- Payment system.
- A guest guide with all the relevant information.
