13th anniversary get away
Perfect little place literally tucked up against a mountain, 50 ft from Garrison Lake and a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Came for the storm and we were highly pleased with our stay. Even snuck in a small hot tub time during the storm. We will definitely be back.

New Year’s Eve weekend get away
Great time. The only negative was the hot tub was dirty so we didn’t want to use it and we were looking forward to it. Second time there!

Cozy cabin
Perfect for location to lake and beach. A very dog friendly property. Loved the hot tub. A rustic cabin and very comfortable with all the comforts of home. We’ll be back again.

About the host

The property was originally purchased in 1955 by my parents. The property originally was 35 acres but was parceled off over the years Remaining 14 acres with lots of lake and ocean frontage.

Property is owned by myself and my sister

Why they chose this property

The Little House is an old cabin built in the early 1900s. It was upgraded in 2006. But it is an old cabin and does not have level floors on some places. However, it is very clean. cozy and well stocked and private. The property is sits on is "Paradise." A ridge and some very tall cypress trees shelter the house and property from the prevailing North wind . It therefore is popular with wild life including deer and a wide variety of birds

What makes this property unique

The Little house is quite private. There is an old trailer house on the property that is not occupied, so guest have the run of the 14 acres to themselves.
