It literally could not have been any better perfect weather, so close to the ocean, plenty of quaint, quiet, little places to eat. And the island is so peaceful and quiet, and I would recommend it to everybody.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

We are very experienced travelers and vacation property renters. We found this home to be delightful and the owner very easy to work with and very, very helpful! Everything with the home, amenities, pool, beach, and surrounding area is better than advertised and better than in the pictures! Great House!!!!!

This House was great! The owners, Paige and Peter, were so nice and accessible if we had any questions or even just for a restaurant recommendation. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, and even had pool toys, nice beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even a wagon for transport. Super short and easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Singer Island!

Our Favorite Rental!

We return to this rental as often as possible to see family and friends in the area. This rental and the host never disappoint! The home is always immaculate and the host goes out of her way to make our stays unique to us with extra touches inside the house and out. She also keeps us updated on all the good local info, new restaurants to try, activities, etc. And We love the new summer kitchen style BBQ! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay and Paige and Peter were very accessible both before we got there and during our stay. The proximity to the beach, the pinball machine, and the nice, secluded backyard were the highlights. The interior is dated, and a little worn out. It was a nice family vacation, but we felt this was a little overpriced for what it was. Overall a B, but with A service.

We were a party of 9 visiting Singer Island for the first time. Paige and Peter were exceptionally helpful and everything on the listing was exactly as described. The house is "beachy style" and casual and there was great effort made to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend without any hesitation.

Better than expected!

8 "Girls" for all girls 50th Birthday trip! House was better than excepted, very clean, very comfortable (even with hot flashes : ), and lots of room. We had plenty of fun at the house, at the beach and all around the island. Our host provided 2 decorated golf carts for us to jet around on. It was so much fun and we turned a lot of heads! : ) Our favorites places were Sailfish Marina and Peanut Island. (We got to Peanut Island by paddle boards provided by our host). A great time was had by all. We give this house and host 5 stars to the moon and back!

60th birthday girls trip

A group of 6 of us ladies stayed at this property to celebrate my 60th birthday. The property was perfect for this occasion. It was spacious, clean, plenty of seating in the living room and was decorated so cute! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard so much! It is private with so many beautiful trees and plants and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was very nice and so clean. Paige was a perfect host and so gracious to make sure we had everything we needed. She met to accept our grocery and liquor order that arrived before we did and she had put our groceries in the refrigerator for us. She was there when we arrived and showed us around and explained everything to us. I would stay again in this home anytime and highly recommend it!

Steps to the Beach!

This location couldn't be better! The house is located on quiet & safe Singer Island and a stone's throw from your private section of the Atlantic ocean. The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need on your vacation and then some. Both Peter and Paige are awesome owners and very responsive to your needs during your stay. The back yard of the property is a resort of its own with a pool, BBQ, sitting areas and a Tiki area. Very Nice! There are restaurants and shops a short walk from the house and grocery stores within a few minute drive over the bridge. We took a boat over to Peanut Island for some tubing and snorkeling which was more than I was expecting. We swam with a massive sting ray and all kinds of cool fish when the tide came in. We also took a trip down to City Place which had all kinds of nice restaurants, stores and a cool movie theater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back again.

Truly Exceptional!

We live in Naples, FL and own vacation rentals on Sanibel Island and Ft Myers Beach. Our home in Naples was spared from Hurricane Ian but our vacation rentals unfortunately were not. We rented this beach home and others over the last few weeks to review and recommend (or not) for our upcoming guests who we have had to cancel and this home is top on our list to recommend. As professional vacation rental owners we know what it takes to run a truly professional vacation rental and what to look for in a property and owner and this property and owner checks all the boxes and much more. The owner, like myself, is a long time licensed realtor which adds an extra level of trust, accountability, and expertise. The owner lives in the area and has a vast knowledge of local information and is readily available for any questions or concerns. The home is set up with every attention to detail thought of including quality bath and bed linens and comfortable beds, complete kitchen with plenty of counter space, quality appliances, cookware, and dishes, floor plan with plenty of private and common area spaces, excellent outside amenities: heated pool, outside hot water shower, outside dining and lounging, beach supplies, BBQ and prep table with sink, and excellent local attractions: beautiful beach across the street, wide variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, sightseeing, and activities. Perfect for business, pleasure, families.

We go to the West Palm Beach area often for a variety of reasons, both business and pleasure. We live in Philly and have family in the area so we fly direct to the Palm Beach International Airport regularly. We are originally from St. Louis so we go every year for the Cardinals Spring Training. Last year the guys also went for the Honda Classic and the wives did 2 girls trips, one to see Dave Matthews and one to see Tim McGraw, both at the I Think Financial Amphitheatre. This trip we came for business at the Palm Beach Convention Center and brought 3 employees and their families. We booked this house based on a friend's recommendation and are beyond happy we did! The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 with all the amenities and comforts of home. The house is extremely well kept, very clean, and very well organized! The Convention Center was an easy15 minute drive from the house. Also from the house we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and our host Paige provided bikes for us to explore around the island. At Paige's recommendation we visited the Sailfish Marina just a few blocks away and it was a hit for sunsets, grouper dogs, and the kids loved feeding the huge jacks and other beautiful tropical fish. Also a hit, thanks to Paige's recommendation, was our first time trips to Lion Country Safari and Master Gator Airboat Rides. We have now found our new home away from home in this great property and will rent no where else! We have already booked to come back for Luke Bryan and more grouper dogs next weekend!

5+ Star Property and Host!

My family and I can not say enough great things about this property and host! Our original vacation rental to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary was canceled due to Hurricane Ian. Paige was not only gracious enough to accept our last minute booking, but also went out of her way to make us feel welcome with extra touches for our special occasion. Paige worked behind the scenes with our family and friends to help plan a surprise gathering of 12 to help us celebrate. We were elated by this surprise and the house was perfect in every way! We spent our days at the beach and our afternoons by the pool "grillin and chillin” and spending quality time with our family and friends. At night the adults walked to the local restaurants to listen to live music outside under the stars while the kids stayed back with the grandparents, spent more time in the pool, and played pinball, billiards, and board games. We already have plans to come back for our next anniversary and are now adding birthdays and other special occasions! We give this property and host 5 stars +++!

Best VRBO Experience Ever

This is a Must Rent property! It's extremely clean, spacious and unique. The location is ideal- just across the street from the beach and a mile or so away from three beautiful beach parks with kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and swimming. Super easy access to restaurants, groceries and anything you need for your stay. Even though there are many things to do within easy reach- we ended up spending a lot of time relaxing and playing at the house which offers a perfect mix of family entertainment including an amazing tropical and very private pool area with lots of space to lounge, a game room with stand up pin ball machine , pool table, bar and tv . While the property itself is amazing, so well cared for, and comfortable- the best part about the property is how thoughtful, and responsive Paige and Peter the owners are. You truly feel like a guest as they go out of their way to answer questions and provide suggestions customized to your family for exploring and enjoying the area. We took them up on all of their suggestions from the best snorkeling and kayak spots for our level, best restaurants with a view, best grocery stores, etc.! They also make traveling with family a breeze by offering beach equipment (chairs, wagons, toys, boogie boards, etc.) as well. We can't say enough about this property and Paige and Peter- don't look any further for an amazing vacation experience.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Paige and Pete’s property. Everything was just as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The beach was a short convenient walk from the house. And the pool was perfect for chilling out all day and into the night. The amenities in the kitchen had everything for our big family. I will say 75% of our time was spent out by the pool and the patio. All our meals were spent outside. It was a such great space to swim, eat, read, nap and hangout. But when it was time to spend time indoors, I had the best sleep every night on the King Bed. Super comfy. Communication with Paige and Peter was on point every time we had a question or a need. We hope to enjoy this space again in the future.

This property and the hosts are truly outstanding! The home and property is beyond gorgeous, straight out of a designer magazine! The home is clean and organization, absolutely meticulous! The owners show great pride in the property and the area and were very helpful with activities and local information. Our group of 10 was more than comfortable and we needed for nothing! The owners have beyond thought of everything and even added spacial touches specifically for our group ages 12-60. We have rented vacation homes all over the country and this is by far one of the best! We highly recommend this property and we can't wait to return!

Why they chose this property

Our story.
I purchased this home in 1995 at the age of 25. At the time, myself and several friends were working 2 and 3 jobs, going to college and all renting small expensive apartments in the same 4-plex here on Singer Island. As we were facing yet another rent hike we decided to look for a home to rent. We practically all lived together anyway and as locals and surfers we had to stay on the Island! After looking at rentals and adding up first, last and security it made more sense to buy. Luckily I had enough money saved for the down payment and my mother agreed to co-sign.
Over the years we experienced so much as friends and roommates; holidays, birthdays college graduations, relationships and heart aches. Eventually all the roomies moved on and started careers and families and I was left in this big beautiful beach house by myself.
I continued to share the house with friends and family and enjoyed taking the neighborhood kids surfing. This led to the creation of my water sports and surfing summer camp for kids. We used the house as our base camp and for sleepover camps for the first few years until the demand outgrew the house. We started with 10 kids per week at the house and grew to up to 50 kids per week at our commercial work-live facility. It was at this point I achieved my real estate license, moved into the commercial work-live facility, and years before there was a VRBO or Air B&B, I turned the house into a vacation rental.
It is a lot of work, but I truly enjoy being a vacation rental owner. The flexibility allows me to host my friends and family, both near and far, for vacations and special occasions. I also enjoy so much sharing the house with other families, special groups and travelers. As a native, I enjoy sharing our beautiful beaches, our beautiful weather, and all the wonderful activities Singer Island and Palm Beach County has to offer!

What makes this property unique

This home is unique in many ways.
First of all, as you can see from our background story, we take great pride in our home and our beaches. We are hands on private owners. This is our only rental property. We are not a part of a property manager group or an owner who has bought several properties with the only intention to enter the vacation rental market, so our home and our guests receive our full and personal attention.
Another unique aspect of our home is our beach access. There are no homes directly on the beach on Singer Island so this home is about as close as you can get in a private, single family pool home. Our beach path is directly across the street and is paved making our beach wagons and cooler on wheels a breeze to get to the beach. Although our path is public, there is no public parking near our path so our beach remains very private as compared to the public beach, and our path is used primarily just by our neighborhood. We also can offer a beach membership with your rental which provides you access to beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach and access to the nearby restaurant and tiki bar.
This home is also unique in its proximity to all Singer Island has to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops, convenience store, grocery, gym, tennis courts, playground, nail salon and hair salon are all a short 3 blocks away. Also on the Island we have a gas station, package store, marina, boat launch, spa, Ocean Reef County Park, John D. MacAurthur State Park, Peanut Island, and Phil Foster Park and so much more!
