This home is unique in many ways.
First of all, as you can see from our background story, we take great pride in our home and our beaches. We are hands on private owners. This is our only rental property. We are not a part of a property manager group or an owner who has bought several properties with the only intention to enter the vacation rental market, so our home and our guests receive our full and personal attention.
Another unique aspect of our home is our beach access. There are no homes directly on the beach on Singer Island so this home is about as close as you can get in a private, single family pool home. Our beach path is directly across the street and is paved making our beach wagons and cooler on wheels a breeze to get to the beach. Although our path is public, there is no public parking near our path so our beach remains very private as compared to the public beach, and our path is used primarily just by our neighborhood. We also can offer a beach membership with your rental which provides you access to beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach and access to the nearby restaurant and tiki bar.
This home is also unique in its proximity to all Singer Island has to offer. Restaurants, bars, shops, convenience store, grocery, gym, tennis courts, playground, nail salon and hair salon are all a short 3 blocks away. Also on the Island we have a gas station, package store, marina, boat launch, spa, Ocean Reef County Park, John D. MacAurthur State Park, Peanut Island, and Phil Foster Park and so much more!
