Beautiful location and an easy walk to the beach or shopping/dining. The property was very clean and nicely decorated, with a hot tub located in a private backyard oasis. It felt like we were at a 5-star resort! We will be going back for another visit in paradise.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. As with the first stay, the house was very clean upon arrival. This was a last minute beach trip, and everything needed for a stay at the beach was already at the house. Julie communicates well and responds to any requests for recommendations during our stay. Hope to return again in the future.

Perfect beach property

This is the perfect house for a beach trip. The house is stocked with most everything you would want to take to the beach which saves you time and space from having to bring them. The house was one of the cleanest we have ever booked on VRBO. The owner communicated timely throughout the booking. Would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

Everything You Needed

We had an amazing week! Julie was great to work with and took genuine interest in our reason for staying and became an excellent resource in helping to plan some of our activities. The house was nicely appointed and just as described. Check in and check out was super easy. The house is located near everything you would want to do and a short walk to the beach. A great option for those wanting to be near the beach but not in a condo or hotel!!

Fantastic Family Vacation on Singer Island

Ideal location, wonderful home & excellent management. Walked to gorgeous Singer Island beach using the HOA's lush beach access. Owner provided top quality beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & bogie boards ensured fun and comfort for the entire family. The 4 top quality owner provided adult bikes with helmets allowed us to enjoy the very bikeable Singer Island parks and restaurants. The home is perfect for a family vacation; exceptionally clean and well maintained with plenty of space for game playing or finding a quiet spot for reading as well a fully equipped kitchen for family cooking fun. Owner is an outstanding host which made our reservation, move-in and move-out process very efficient. This is our 2nd stay at this property and the entire family is asking "when can we go back!"

Perfect place to relax.

This beautiful home was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Plus there was a welcoming bottle of Champagne as well as a breakfast treat and K-cups for the Keurig. The outdoor grill added options for dinners at the house. The beds were very comfortable and inviting with fluffy pillows and soft blankets. The bathrooms were well stocked with soft towels and the master shower was spacious. There is a back yard with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a sun room room for morning coffee. or an evening glass of wine. The beach is across the street and provides a expansive, sandy beach. Julie, the owner, provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, and a beach blanket which was very much appreciated. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you get back home. Over all, this was a perfect place to relax, restore, recover from Life’s business. Julie was responsive and helpful with ideas for dinner, and other fun activities in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Julie was an outstanding hostess! Her communication was A, and the house had absolutely everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation, from shampoo and toiletries to beach toys, bikes and everything in between. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful- perfect for evening strolls with the pups, and we loved relaxing in the sunroom with our morning coffee. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Julie was the best!! You want to rent this place, you will not be disappointed.

I had thanksgiving here and she made sure I had everything that I needed. The property was in great shape, came with bikes, all the beach gear you could need and a lovely hot tub! The bedrooms with the best blankets, beds, pillows, and lovely bathrooms made the place feel like home!

Home away from home

This is our second time staying with Julie and we continue to be so grateful to have found this house. Julie provided thoughtful details to make our stay seamless and comfortable. The house is incredibly comfortable with abundant amenities (Disney+, Netflix, etc). The location is idyllic; close to the beach and activities. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Exceeds Your Expectations!

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. They have everything you need there, even for the kids! I didn’t have to overpack or go to the store when I got there because I forgot hygiene products or shampoo- she was stocked! She made sure we knew were everything was, gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and things to do around the island. The hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect family time

We could not have been happier. Beautiful, very clean home. Hot tub, great backyard, close to the beaches. The owner met us at the door, and could give lessons in how to be the perfect host. I am not exaggerating, she thought of everything, and made us feel right at home immediately. Looking forward to returning to this property.

Island getaway

Beautiful house just a few minutes walk from the beach. Exceptionally clean with everything you need…from a hot tub and gas grill to beach toys and bikes! Check in was great, our host met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay there again… it’s a very delightful place!
